I recently brought IQ Tile in on a project in Manhattan Beach. As a designer, it is imperative that I have a team of professionals that not only execute my designs as specified, but who are reliable and easy to work with. Gerardo and his crew exceeded my expectations. The glass tile install for the shower was perfection. The fabrication and install for the guest bathroom carrara vanity top and shower seat were executed perfectly and look beautiful. The quartz countertop and island top in the newly renovated kitchen has a mitered edge, which was flawless. Not one nick. Anywhere; the fabricator did a great job matching the veining pattern from the countertop to the edge and up the backsplash. Highly recommend. Thank you Gerardo!

I would highly recommend IQ Tile, Inc. Gerardo, the owner of IQ arrived the first day to get demo started, plywood installed and template made and within 4 days I had my beautiful Quartz kitchen countertop. Everyone working on the job was professional, cleaned up and answered any questions I might have had. First class company. I would use them again.

We renovated our first floor which has the area of about 2000 square foot tiles, kitchen and bar counters, back splash along with two fireplaces. Gerardo from IQ Tiles came for estimate he gave us very reasonable price. And always was very helpful in making recommendations. He got me great deals on material as well. Very trustworthy, reasonable and professional team. Hopefully next year they will renovate our second floor too. I highly recommend them. I get so many compliments on my floor.

Hired IQ Tile to replace countertops and backsplash in my kitchen and family room. After I contacted the company about a quote, Gerardo came out right away to take a look at the proposed project. Took measurements and made drawings and provided me with an estimate later that day. The estimate was reasonable compared to others quoted, so I agreed to a contract which was very detailed about the work to be done and itemized the cost for each aspect of the project (fabrication, installation, sink, backsplash and demolition). Gerardo was also very helpful in suggesting where I could look for materials (quartz and backsplash). The company also made arrangements to pick up the material selected. Work began as agreed and the workers arrived on time to demo and made sure cabinets and floors were covered so as not to be damaged. After demo, they also made sure the area was left clean. The installation of both the quartz countertops and backsplash was outstanding and came out beautifully. I am completely satisfied with my decision to have IQ Tile complete the project. All of the workers were on time, professional and wanted to ensure that I was pleased with the work. After each phase of the work, all of the workers took time to clean the area. This company is a family owned business and takes pride in their work. Gerardo, his brothers (Chris and David) and his father and mother, all had a part in completing my project. Would highly recommend this company and use them again to make other home improvements. A very positive aspect was the fact that IQ Tile began and completed the project within the agreed upon timeframe.

I hired Gerardo to install a tile glass backsplash . He was very professional . The project started and ended on time. It looked beautiful . Gerardo kept me well informed by texted pictures through the project which was much appreciated . Overall it was an excellent experience and the pricing was appropriate for the job.
