Procast Marble

ProCast cut a granite countertop for me. This was a fragile piece of granite which could have easily cracked. They made a perfect cut. They did it quickly, while I waited. These guys are pros. I highly recommend them.

Procast marble has been the absolute worst company to work with. I was responsible for a large remodel on a home. I had Procast do the kitchen, laundry room, 2 bathrooms and 2 fireplace surrounds and hearths. Procast told me all of our material would arrive Wednesday, 8 days after measurements. Wednesday came and went and no one showed up and no one communicated with us. Friday they told us our material wouldn’t be installed until the next Wednesday. The next Wednesday came and Procast arrived but with only our kitchen counters and nothing else. They told me they didn’t know where the rest was. Thursday Procast came back with our 2 bathroom countertops BOTH counters cut for the WRONG sinks. I couldn’t believe it. They also did not bring both fireplace stone. I asked where it was and they told me they left it back at the shop. Friday they arrived but instead of bringing the stone for the fireplace they had to remeasure because they hadn’t even cut the stone yet. I would NEVER recommend Procast to anyone who was looking for a quality fabricator. I am well versed in subcontractors being a super intendant and never have I worked with such a poor subcontractor. Would never recommend to anyone.

Procast marble supplied all our countertops for a Parade of Homes house. They not only did an amazing job making them, they did it in a short period of time. Procast was on site every morning for a week delivering countertops the second cabinets were installed. We highly recommend Procast Marble.

When we originally visited the business, we were determined to get quartz, believing it was cheaper and easier to maintain. They explained how quartz is made, how the pricing works, having to buy the slabs necessary to complete the project. They explained the granite they use for contractors, how it is by the square foot and not the slab. They also took the time to explain the ease of the maintenance required. There was no pressure to pick the granite over the quartz. We did decide on the granite. At the time we received the original bid, they stated they were about 10 days out from the template to the install. When cabinets installed, they came out and it was 8 days to install. Quality of granite is outstanding, the workers were very courteous and cleaned up very well. The quality of the work was flawless. Great price, great product, easy to work with.
