The measurements was way off . They wanted to blame me . When they took the measurements themselves and wouldn’t make it right. Now I have two boxes I can’t use because they’re not tall enough!!! All I wanted was this to be corrected . The misunderstanding was between Melissa and Mike not me. I was very clear with Melissa with what I needed. Paid $669 and can’t use it. They want make it correct. Keep blaming me for it. I took the box to them and they kept it for measurement. Still got it wrong!!! Not my fault at all! I would not recommend at all!!!

Trinity Granite should be your go-to place for granite and quartz in the Tri-Cities area. From shopping at their warehouse, to measuring and installation to their customer service, they are top notch and professional. Melissa, their salesperson, is knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. She will give you space to shop or help you with decisions. She is also patient with customers (us) who have difficulty making decisions or change their minds. Mike, the owner, did our measurements and pointed out a problem with our cabinet design and kitchen sink. Jonah, who came out to help us with a small issue, was really helpful, friendly and kind. Our experience with Trinity Granite and Marble was wonderful. We love our granite and quartz countertops!

Trinity Granite & Marble is by far the BEST place to get your stone in the tricities and surrounding area. We wanted Quartz countertops, and Trinity in JC had the best selection. The owner and Melissa answered all of our questions and were very patient with us as it took us a few trips to make our final decision. We comparison shopped at Lowe's just to see the cost difference, and Lowe's cheapest granite with a free sink was still $1,000 more expensive than our Quartz at Trinity. The owner came out to do the precise measurements, and he showed up exactly when he said he would. The installation was smooth and on time. The attention to detail is amazing. Trinity finishes the underside of the countertops, so it is nice and smooth all the way on the underside. They definitely go the extra mile. Clearly, we are extremely happy with Trinity and highly recommend their services.
