Disappointing finish install. I feel like I paid a premium for a quality product. Most went well and installed nicely. One custom mudroom bench seat top was fabricated and/installed incorrectly (not square to the cabinet under). After many attempts and even acknowledgment of the error from the owner it was wrong, I can't get them back to fix it. This was discussed during final payment and the verbal commitment from the owner to fix it. Today no phone call or email back. Will not respond. Very disappointed with what I paid for. It's an eye sore every time I enter my house.

Once again, a great job done by Bill Huntley and his crew. Even in spaces hard to deal with, Bill manages to maximize storage to it's fullest. He pays attention to the clients preferences and gives great recommendations for storage solutions.

We contacted Closet Place for an estimate on installing 3 custom closets in our home, including a 12' walk-in closet off the master bedroom. From the initial visit to measure and draft a proposal, through the actual install, every aspect of our experience with Closet Place was first-class. They are wonderful people to deal with – friendly, professional, high quality materials and workmanship. We are genuinely delighted. We also hired Closet Place to do another job, involving relocating of several interior walls. Again, the quality of workmanship, from the rough demolition through finishing baseboards and mudding/sanding of the walls, was exceptional. We recommend Closet Place without hesitation.

Closet Place designed and installed a storage system for a closet in my quilting studio. The. end result is functional and attractive. Denise and Bill stuck with me patiently through a couple redesigns until they came up with the perfect solution for my fabric and project storage needs. The installers were quiet, polite, neat and careful to protect my floors. I would definately work with them again if I decide to install additional systems and recommend them highly.

It was a pleasure to work with Bill of Closetplace in the development of a closet system for our master closet. He was very knowledgeable throughout the design process and paid great attention to detail. This allowed us to create a design that optimized the space and provided the most function for us. The install was very straightforward. They worked in a timely manner and were responsive throughout the whole process. We are very happy with the finished product.

We had Closet Place put in a custom closet in our first home. We loved it! We then downsized to a condo. On day one of our move while putting our clothes away we realized how much we relied on the closet system! We called Bill and Denise immediately to come out to our new home! Just had them complete 2 more closet systems . They are professional and the quality of their work is wonderful!

Working with ClosetPlace is above and beyond everything I could have ever expected. Bill & Denise came to our 30 year old home and created a miracle for us. The old bedroom closets were a disaster and Denise spent time, effort and imagination designing wonderful new systems to fit into our already closely perscribed spaces. Besides the actual closet systems they designed & created for each of our closets, they also created a perfect little bureau that they custom designed for me to fit into a very tight space, (which was otherwise rather useless), for my very specific needs, drawer by drawer, and they made it match beautifully with the existing built-ins in our closet area. In addition, Denise and Bill worked with me to create a whole new pantry room with plentiful storage, again, custom-designed for our needs, including shelves to accommodate the giant lobster pot, as well as a cubby created just for the upright vacuum! A dream come true after 30 years of make-do storage options. And, when we have needed further assistance, such as when we recently replaced the old carpeting, (even though it was a whole 6 years after we had worked on the projects together!), they have been only a phone call away to assist us with the process of removing the built-in and then replacing it as soon as the new carpet was installed. The work is beautifully done. Bill is a talented & meticulous craftsman, and Denise is an imaginative and thoughtful problem-solver. They make a great team and I cannot recommend them highly enough! For a beautiful closet system (of any sort!) & for truly professional and personal service, you cannot do better than ClosetPlace! I look forward to working with them again on any & every organizational project I might need in the future!

First, ClosetPlace was the only company I could find to come to my home and do a free consultation. Denise was great and had so many more functional ideas for my closet spaces. I was sold with her follow up email that included detailed design pictures of each space. With minor changes, I booked the job. They arrived on schedule within two weeks after I signed the contract and were complete within two days. I was beyond happy with the end result. I could not stop walking by and peeking in each closet for the first 24 hours. My two children loved their new bedroom closets and spent an entire day cleaning and organizing (we can see their floor). In 2009, Denise and Bill provided us with closets for our brand new Portsmouth condominium that enhanced the original space entirely. Without a doubt, these same closets helped separate our condo from the rest in the neighborhood when we put it on the market in 2012. We are convinced that the product provided by The Closet Place was the winning feature which sold our condo within 30 days! In November 2012 Denise and Bill came to the rescue when we moved into our new home in Dover. Within two weeks of our first child being born, Denise came in with fantastic designs for two master bedroom closets, our new child's bedroom, as well as a pantry closet and laundry room storage. Bill's team completed the installation immaculately by the day we walked in the door with our new babe! Now in 2014, we have asked them to come back to our home once again to install two additional bedroom closets. The Closet Place is a fantastic company to work with!

Closet Place remodeled 4 closets in our home. Our large walk-in closet, a linen closet, entry coat closet and guest bedroom closet. The designer was created more space for us and made all these spaces more useful. The installers were exceptionally neat and efficient. The materials were delivered and installed as promised. Would definitely recommend the Closet Place team.
