They not only organized my apartment but also helped lighten my space by donating items that were just taking up room. They labeled everything, which has made it so much easier for me to stay organized, especially with a little one around. Katie, I cannot thank you enough! You know what they say...."if it ain't broke, don't fix it"! Well the irony of that is...Katie and her team once again fixed EVERYTHING! Katie and the Haven team organized my whole office back in 2017, and recently underwent a renovation and expansion to an entire two floors, which the Haven team completely set up. Everything from collaborating on how to designate the new spaces, to organizing in a way that makes sense, to all the random tweaks here and there were all so seamless and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Katie and her team just GET IT! Thank you all for making my job so much easier and for offering my company a haven to work from. Now nobody wants to work remote! ;)

Katie was a life saver. She’s excellent at what she does. I would have been lost without her. She made my project worry free. It was a real pleasure working with her. If you need an Estate sale and clean out she’s your girl.

I don’t know whether to say that I found Katie, or that Katie found me, but bottom line is, she saved my life! After a last minute large-scale office move, I remember coming into my office on a Saturday only to find dumpster-size crates full of stuff, and no idea how to organize it. I must have felt confident that I could put everything away myself, because I marched over to the Container Store across the street, thinking I could just grab some bins and labels…and soon discovered I was in WAY over my head. I was fortunate enough to find a sales associate who introduced me to Container Store’s home organizing service, “Contained Home”. Katie was the lead organizer on my project and she promptly reached out to me to schedule an in-person survey of my office space. After surveying, she put together a plan, which included purchasing of crucial supplies and even revamping of closet space. Once the spaces were optimized structurally, Katie and her team efficiently spent hours conquering each space and making it beautiful. I was honestly shocked at how quick they got things done, and they weren’t even in anyone’s way! This project was about 4 years ago, and to this day we maintain the space with Katie’s fool-proof organization system in place. We’re actually expanding our space to the floor above us, and best believe we’ll be asking Katie to work her magic when it’s ready for her!

Katie came in to help just as I was trying to take half our stuff from a rental in MA and the other half from storage in NJ and figure out how to arrange in a*much* smaller home (read 7.5’ ceilings??) In NH. She helped to orchestrate consignment companies to help unload pieces that would not fit, identified a local upholstery company to help reimagine the pieces that would, and also sort thru 10+ years of craft supplies and bedding. Oh, and of course the regular stuff like where to put kitchen items. She even hiked up to NE from NYC to assist. Huge help!

Katie is amazing to work with for all types of organizing projects. My husband and I broke down after years of trying to get our garage in order on our own and hired her. We finally have a system that works and have been able to keep things in order for the past year. It is such a relief to be able to access all of our garage belongings instead of forgetting we have things and buying them again. We feel that hiring Katie paid for itself multiple times over! I am an Architect and have recommended her to clients as well and she has done an amazing job for them too. I highly recommend working with her!

If you want a simpler, clutter-free home and life, Katie's your woman. I hired Katie to help me organize and pack for an upcoming move. We went through my entire apartment (including my many junk drawers/closets) and broke things out into three groups: keep, donate, and throw away. She helped me pack the "keep" pile in a way that made my move a breeze, find a good home for everything in the "donate" pile, and dispose of the trash. Without Katie, this task of sorting through all my belongings seemed overwhelming and insurmountable. It would never have gotten done, and I would have ended up moving a bunch of stuff I didn't want or need to my new apartment. Instead, I donated 18 boxes to charity and now have a new home full of only things I use and enjoy. Hallelujah!

Organization is not something that comes naturally to me or particularly interests me. I'm also expecting my first kid so, my energy levels are lower than they normally are. So having Katie come in to assess my space, create a plan on how to organize my changing table, kitchen and master closet, make product recommendations and then implement the plan in my kitchen was super helpful. I'd definitely recommend working with her.

Katie McCann worked tirelessly with me to clear out the physical clutter in my home in the places that most haunted me. You know that mystery place in the eaves of your house that you avoid because you fear it might contain belongings left behind by the previous owners (and/or ghosts)? Places like that, and places much more regular like the unfinished portion of my basement. Katie followed my lead but was most decidedly the professional in the room. Alongside the physical clutter, she helped me clear out the emotional clutter with a kindness and quiet confidence that I will never (ever) forget. Hire her. P.S. There were no ghosts in the eaves. Just some old luggage.

Katie is AMAZING - she helped me go through my clothes and accessories and patiently worked with me to go through one by one and release things I had been holding onto for years, without judgement. She also helped me figure out the best way to arrange my drawers and rearrange furniture so it would work best for mine and my husbands needs. I got rid of 5+ bags of clothes and accessories plus some other bulky items like pillows that had been in storage for 2 years. I've now been rediscovering things in my closet and making new outfits with ease and joy experimenting with my wardrobe again. I'm a stylist and work with clients on creating outfits but I was so uninspired by my wardrobe and I realized it was because it was not as organized as I thought. I could not do it for myself and I am SO GRATEFUL FOR KATIE - she's the best. I also worked with her in the past and its clear she's an expert in her field not only for organizing, but for supporting you (her clients) to feel good about the process, be clear on your goal for the session, and know how to maintain it. She helped me organize some other areas of the house and we've been able to maintain what she did since she was here so it still looks great. Thanks Katie!
