Kernel Modular is an American furniture company dedicated to marrying beauty, function, and service in the form of modern, modular furniture that is made to last, in the USA. Our modular shelving system provides the highest quality and easiest to use shelving system on the market. The shelves can even be attached and detached from the system using only one hand. Just rotate and lift. The shelves come in a total of six sizes comprising two widths, 2 and 3 feet, and three depths, 8, 11, and 14 inches. The 8 inch deep shelves are ideal storage for small books and media. The 11 inch deep shelves are a perfect fit for large books and magazines, vases and plants, art, and spices and dried goods. Lastly, the deepest 14 inch shelves are great for vinyl records, record players, and speakers. The hangtrack and standards we use allow for maximum flexibility in configuration while keeping installation to under 10 minutes. Our shelves are compatible with Elfa, Closetmaid, and Rubbermaid modular hardware and make a great upgrade for any of those systems.
