Fantastic service, I like that the same person that measured and quoted the project was overseeing the installation. It was done on time and in the budget estimated at the outset. Communication was clear and professional, highly recommend!

This is the second time we’ve used Smart Closets. The first time being in 2016 when we built our home and only did our master bedroom closets. They held up beautifully and we decided to do our other bedroom closets, our pantry and coat closet. The process is smooth and easy. Ben and Michael completed the work and everything went according to planned. We could not be happier with our results! You will not be disappointed in Smart Closets!

Excellent family run company. Extremely reliable, talented and honest. Give expert advice during the design/measurement process, show up when they say they will show up (a rarity these days) and their work is impeccable. Finished project was beautiful. We stubmled upon Smart Closets via some Google searching and are glad we did. We appreciated the professionalism of the design process and the quick and easy installation by a team of obviously veteran, customer-first employees. And we are thrilled with our new four closets! Each of which had unique characteristics and dimensions--and even some complicated internal obstructions. The closets were truly custom and made great use of all the space available--an important factor in New York. There's no way we could have bought something off the shelf and had it as nice-looking, functional, and that utilized all the space for all the different kinds of storage we needed. Definitely recommend--it's worth the deposit for a consultation--you won't be disappointed with Ben's work! I don't foresee having the opportunity to work with them again --the nature of having one apartment and not planning to move, now that our closets are fully designed and utilized, but I'd be very happy to use their services again and recommend them highly.
