Extremely disappointed with this company and their lack of response, organization and management. Large scale project involved adding a 2nd story to a bungalow and building out the garage. Was told the timeline for completion is 8 months tops, its now going on 16 months. Initially they were nice and respectful, over time though Arshia became abrupt and rude, flying off the handle when we the "clients" engage in pleasantries with the subcontractors working on site. He tells us not to speak to anyone, not his trades, not his family, no one but him. His brother works with him on each project but we were told not to speak to him either. He does not respond well if we do not agree with his vision or interpretation. It was very stressful, we are constantly on edge wondering if we can ask him certain questions and how we should phrase it so he does not take offence. It's ridiculous that we should be considering this, it really was a nightmare. Exhausting mentally, giving him the benefit of the doubt only to be burned many times over. We were making excuses for his behaviour and that was wrong. We should have seen it for what it is. Mistakes made on his part is never addressed, when brought up its always brushed of with a hand waive saying "we'll take care of it". Or simply ignored in the emails. This is a large scale project and its common to come across surprises, the contractor should know how to handle the surprises, instead he turns it around and blames us the client. It's unbelievable, I can write a novel on my experience and I probably should to appease my anger. Long story short, many things that was claimed to have been done ended up not being true, such as the recirculating line for the hot water tank. Arshia said it was installed as per our request and even charged us for it. We find out after he left the project that the plumber did not install the line because he was never told to. He abandoned the project early January 2021 and promised to pass the trade info and status updates so we can proceed to finish the house on our own. As of today no such information has been passed and their lack of response to the many emails is infuriating to say the least. Some trades actually threatened to put a lien on my property due to non payment. We have paid everything to him, not a penny owed. Every invoice is paid in full within a few days. This is by far the worst contractor experience I have ever come across. It doesn't matter if he had good intentions, that does not negate incompetence shown.

Not recommended although they might be OK integrity wise. Recommendation came from Houzz web site. At first meeting I presented MY plan for our to be "renovated" or re build house. Their proposal was a larger square footage and when I insisted to reduce to my original plan, this company claimed to have done a lot of work and wants to be paid for it. I understand that nobody works for free, but the only work they needed do is to draw the elevation and side view, which they did not. Also, since August they are not responding nor have they returned MY PLAN with all the documents.I provided them.....I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS BUILDER!

Fibo and their crew did a great job on the project I worked on. As an engineer I have seen lots of contractors work. fibo Construction have an acute attention to detail and got the job done in a timely and efficient manner. I will be recommending fibo to residential and commercial clients I know who will be seeking an affordable and reliable contractor.

Fibo was recommended by our friends. During our conversation, when they arrived to give an estimate, was clear that Fibo is expert in his field. After work had started, we decided to make changes in design, Fibo was very attentive, and suggested some ideas, and it was done with small adjustment to the price. I am glad we are all done now and that I can write this review in my new basement office. Fibo Development has done a fenomenal job, on time and whitin the budget we were given with the final pricing. The feared job of dealing with paperworks and getting necessary permits, we hardly felt. Construction part was what can be expected, trades were on time. Site was cleaned which was really important to us, after tue work days. All questions were dealt with immediately. Fibo is a very professional, attentive and meticulous home builder. We chose them to help us design and build our home. We worked very closely with them for over a few months to design our home. Working with Fibo Development creates a unique process by making what seems like a cumbersome and complex into a straightforward and well-thought experience. We were very cautious when choosing a construction company, but found Fibo to be very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Also they have their own design and engineering team which made it so much more easier for us. There were times during construction that we got worried, but Fibo's process and approach made things that seemed complicated, easy, which helped make our participation in the process enjoyable. We chose Fibo because they value customer service and they definitely gave us customer confidence in them.

I am a realtor and have sold homes that Fibo has built or renovated for my clients. So last year when we decided to build our own home, I contacted Fibo along with a couple of other builders that had worked with agents in my office. I don't think a long drawn out review is necessary. The short version is this, I hired Fibo and they will be the ONLY construction company we would refer my clients and friends to. The best in the business, Period.
