They removed and replaced my existing concrete driveway. Scott helped design a brick walkway and driveway. They were patient with me when I made a change, they just made it happen at no extra cost. The crew was professional and the brick layer did a wonderful job. It looks beautiful and all my neighbors have commented on how great the entry way ties into the new concrete driveway.

Van Midde & Son Concrete completed a stunning series of projects at our home. Ted Van Midde was our personal contact, and he and his team supported us above and beyond the concrete pour for three adjoining patios. They built sweeping stone steps with lighting, laid a flagstone patio and created a stone pattern in a concrete walkway that now serves as a separate patio. Among many separate projects (they never said no to us) they rebuilt a stone wall and erected aluminum railing along 100 ft of our retaining wall. The latter was extremely complicated because it came in many hundreds of separate pieces. By agreeing to do this railing, which was not in their job description, Van Midde saved us thousands of dollars in welder costs, and the result is absolutely magnificent. Their work has significantly increased the value of our property, but we are so pleased with it that we intend to stick around and enjoy it with our family and friends for years to come.

Ted Van Midde installed a new driveway and long pathway with a step up. He was so easy to work with, advised on the design and recommended concrete finishes that we were unfamiliar with. The crew was respectful of our property and very skilled. We had complex grades in the driveway and pathway and now it's much easier to drive and walk on. The project was finished on time and at the original quote. The details in the finishing is exceptional and since completion, we've had other contractors admiring the work and asking who did it. We get compliments from the neighbors every week. I wouldn't consider going with anyone else and will be using them when we remodel the backyard.
