Searching for reliable, honest, informative and service-oriented contractors can be overwhelming. My partner and I are first time homeowners and I wanted to have some light boxes installed in our multi-floor condo unit. I found 3e Electrical Construction via Google search and was thrilled by the communication right from initial contact. Marcello is extremely personable, direct and honest. He explained in detail what the job would entail and contacted me regularly throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied. He went out of his way to recommend products and methods for renovation work outside of the electrical job at hand and he also came to the job site in person to ensure the install path for the wiring was ideal based on the construction of our unit. Scott, our technician, was also very personable, professional and a general joy to have at the job site. Out of the several contractors I've dealt with since taking possession of our home, 3e has been by far the most communicative, professional and transparent. Hands down the best electricians in the city. After getting ghosted by a handful of other electricians, 3e Electrical not only promptly replied to my service request, but booked the service appointment for the very next week. The morning of, the team communicated frequently about arrival times. They showed up on time, were polite, professional, courteous and clearly explained what they would be doing. The work was completed on the same day. They really know their stuff and I was highly satisfied with the work and their level of care. Worth every penny! Recently called to get some office lighting fixed and they suggested to upgrade some of our fluorescents to LEDs. They set up an appointment in less than a week and completed the work in under two hours. The upgrade to LEDs was fantastic and the lights look amazing. Excellent Job!

As a result of 30 year condominium ownership, my wife and I reached out to 3e Electrical Construction to resolve various electrical/wiring issues we had consolidated. 3e’s automated online services were to the most modern standards and we could rely on more conventional methods (text and phone) to communicate with them, if we had to. My lighting project was getting pot lights installed in my new condo. Marcello was knowledgeable and professional. What I liked was that he sent out two electricians to assess my unit and together we determined what was best and do-able for my space. The technicians were punctual, professional and walked me through the scope of the project. It was a one day job and they left the place tidy as when they first came in. Marcello and his team have been great to deal with, helping me through a full home older house upgrade of the electrical system, including changing the panel from 100 to 200amps...now, I have google home and automated lights throughout.. i would highly recommend them to anyone.

We recently had Marcello and his team do a list of electrical work around our house, which included the installation of smart exterior soffit potlights around the house, potlights in our kitchen, changing out about 10 existing light fixtures (inside and out), and some receptacles outside and one under the sink for future use with a garbage disposal. Marcello and his team were outstanding! We cannot be happier about the work they did. Marcello has attention to detail, does quality work and is a perfectionist! He followed up, drove by in the evening to have a look at how the exterior lighting looked to see if any adjustments were required, and the list goes on..... We would definitely recommend Marcello to anyone wanting to get electrical work done and will use him again in the future if more work were required.
