AZ Sun Services

Established in 2015. The Company, founded November 13, 2015 by Charles DeFelice, Jason Vergeyle and John Hamilton and located in Tempe, Arizona, is an integrated solar sales, installation and services business, serving customers across Arizona. Through the acquisition of AZ Sun Company, a successful Phoenix-based solar system sales origination company, also founded by Mr. DeFelice, a veteran of the solar industry. Mr. DeFelice engaged two respected business acquaintances, Mr. Vergeyle and Mr. Hamilton, and together they explored the possibility to create an integrated sales and installation business, leveraging the sales capabilities of AZ Sun Company. Work began immediately to organize the Company and prepare it for operations upon issuance of its contractor license. AZ Sun Services will redefine residential solar services for homeowners. We will continuously improve the energy efficiency and decrease the carbon footprint of homes.
