Pro Tech Power went above and beyond to solve my electrical problem. They are efficient, kind and timely. Would highly recommend them.

ProTech was the electrical contractor on our new home build. While things started okay, we quickly ran into frustrations with poor planning and lack of knowledge about the spec’d fixtures and electrical equipment. There was continued staff turnover at ProTech with little oversight or on-site management which resulted in many errors. As problems and questions arose, we were repeatedly asked to solve them for ProTech - even basic questions about fixture install that had been spec’d from the beginning of the project. We spent countless hours researching and resolving issues to try and keep things moving forward. Issues continued throughout the project and included lighting configuration mistakes, missed circuits and inconsistent wiring through the house as it was installed by different crews. It was so difficult to get things done, we eventually gave up and removed items to simplify scope given the lack of knowledge. Quality issues such as damaged wiring and missing circuits were only discovered after the walls were closed making troubleshooting and repair very expensive. After paying 80% of the contract amount, ProTech abandoned the project after rough in. This resulted in project delays and spending tens of thousands more than our original contract with another contractor to fix ProTech’s mistakes and finish the project. With so many quality electricians in the area, I wouldn’t risk hiring ProTech for anything other than the most basic tasks.

As a General Contractor I work with a lot of electricians. Pro-Tech has become my go to. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, superb quality of work, and great pricing! We even hired them to do the electrical on our own home (including a full panel upgrade). Their project manager (Brandon) has made every job we have hired them for run smoothly and efficiently, I highly recommend him and Pro-tech for all of your electrical needs!
