ADR Flooring

ADR does wonderful work. I hired them during our move from Texas to Oak Park and am relieved I did. They are professional, great communicators, and my floors are beautiful. Moving in a pandemic is hard, so was really thrilled to have had such an easy expreience with this flooring company. Do yourself a favor and hire them.

Vasile and his team were professional, flexible, and did an excellent job. We recently purchased a home and decided to redo our wood floors on the main level, and remove the carpet in the bedroom and refinish the floors underneath. We had a tight window to redo the floors after we took ownership of the home and before we moved in. Vasile was able to meet us right after closing to do a walk through and discovered that there was no wood under the carpeted bedrooms. Vasile and his team brought over new wood right away to acclimate it, then installed the new wood and refinished the floors on schedule. Vasile gave a very reasonable quote to install the new wood floors when he had me between a rock and a hard place. I would recommend Vasile and would use them again in the future.

Vasi’s and his team are the best! Very reliable and probably the best prices you’ll find in Chicago. My entire family uses Vasi’s services. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. Just had my maple floors refinished from an ugly orange color to a beautiful rich brown. I’m in love. Phenomenal job!

I had Vasi come and quote me on installing and finishing hardwood floors for the 2nd floor of my home. He was great with communication, timeliness, pricing and his work. He worked long hours, and completed the job within the time frame he quoted. Our floors look beautiful! I would recommend him to anyone!

I have been through several hardwood floor resurfacing projects for my house and rental properties. So far ADR is the most professional and reasonable-priced service! Vasi responded to my inquiries within hours and stopped over and gave me estimates in a timely manner. He started working on my floor within 3 days after I contact him. We had a snow storm in the middle of the project that totally shut down the power of my house. Vasi was kind enough to help me out with this unexpected disaster by recharging my backup pump with his car battery. The floor turns out to be beautiful and very detail-oriented! I really appreciate Vasi’s workmanship and professionalism! You won’t go wrong with ADR if you need any help with hardwood floors!

ADR Flooring and VASI are the BEST. He did amazing work on my floors. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and does great work at a fair price. Let me start by mentioning that I understood nothing about hardwood floors prior to refinishing, and installing new wood within two bedrooms, and now I feel like an expert as Vasi walked me though the entire process. He provided an email quote via the listing of my condo, and completed the job within 3 days of my closing. We picked the stain color though various testing and mixing of colors (we ended with 2 parts Jacobean and 1 part aged pewter) He left me with a bag of felt stickers for all my furniture, and lined my newly finished hardwood floors with cardboard paper, so they would not scratch with my movers. He really goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend.
