"I can't thank Cody and Flood Fix enough for their incredible help after my water heater disaster! Statefarm's initial offer of $11,000 was a joke - my flooring, subflooring, walls and kitchen cabinets were completely destroyed, and the damage was far more extensive than they estimated. Cody was a lifesaver. He meticulously documented everything, went to bat for me with Statefarm, and made sure I got a fair settlement to cover the actual cost of the damage. What really sets Flood Fix apart is their commitment to going above and beyond. Other contractors might just do the repairs, but Cody acted as my advocate, dealing with the insurance headaches so I didn't have to.
