Fluent Floors

If I could, I would rate my experience with zero stars. My floor or was installed approximately 7 years ago and the finish is failing in many areas. Some high traffic areas but also in some corners where no one ever walks. I began contacting the distributor, National Wood in Salt Lake, 18 months ago who directed me to contact the installer, Lifetime Hardwood, who said he would come and look at the floor but never has. The product and supply chain have failed miserably!!

Purchased vinyl flooring from this company. IT IS BEAUTIFUL. Looks very close to real hardwood. Seems to be easy to maintain and hasn't scratched. All in all very happy with the purchase and would recommend this product!

I purchased new engineered handscraped Fluent Floors hardwood from National Wood Products in Salt Lake City, UT. I LOVE my floor. The sales team at National Wood Products was fantastic to deal with. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and always responded to questions quickly and efficiently. I felt they treated me very fairly with the pricing as well. In addition to the hardwood flooring I also purchased quarter round shoemolding. They stained the molding in house and it matched the flooring perfectly. I would definitely recommend both Fluent Floors and National Wood Products to anyone looking for a great quality and affordable hardwood floor.

We purchased Fluent Floors "Wood Plank Vinyl Flooring" for an extensive main level re-model of our home. We were so impressed with the products available and our whole experience with the product. We found the perfect plank in width & color to get the look we wanted. Ordering the product was easy and it was delivered timely to our home. The installation went smoothly and the floor is absolutely gorgeous, everyone who enters our home comments on how stunning it is! The floor looks and feels like real wood (maybe even better) and we love the low maintenance of it too. Thanks for a great product & a beautiful floor!

I am very dissatisfied with this product. It mars and dents easily. I have not liked it since day one. The product was misrepresented to me as one that would hold up and be durable. This could not be further from the truth. If I wanted a floor that had dents in it, I would have kept the one I had. It can be dented by just sitting on it in a chair. The floor is also splitting in some areas where the boards join together. I have called and sent several text messages as well as a couple of emails concerning this product to a fellow by the name of Gino at Fluent Floors and to Doug Barton. I have yet to get any satisfaction from Fluent Floors or the installer, Doug Barton, of Barton Hardwood Floors. My first contact about my unhappiness with the floor was September 14, 2013, only a few days after installation. I would like to talk to someone that could help me with the problems concerning this product.
