Received a quote for several projects and had a question on the SF of stone as exactly the same for 2 very different projects. Replied to their auto generated email and was sent a rude response "Who is this?" then I replied with my last name and to use the ref # in their email - numerous unprofessional emails including questioning my personal security of my email (as a woman I guard my ID). Neal Elden never answered questions and told me to go someplace else. Completely unprofessional treatment of ANYONE and to harass a single woman in that manner.

would recommend this company to my grandmother. They did a knock down job and in 3 days they installed hard wood floors in our house 1100 sq. feet. The crew was very polite and courtesy of my house, Their work is very professional. The supervision Edwin was great about explaining every step of the job and what to expect of each day of work. I would get a text each morning telling me when to expect the crew to arrive at my home.

I own a 3 story condo in the Heights and I needed my floors refinished. A gentleman named Neal came to my house to measure and talk to me about my project. He took measurements of my floor plan and left. The next morning, I had a quote in my inbox. The quote was very competitive in comparison to my other quote but what made me go with installyourfloors was Neal's compassion to flooring. I mean this guy really loves wood! We got the schedule down as a 4 day project... a two man crew came out in a company marked vehicle with company shirts on... very professional. The crew covered all my cabinets and furniture with plastic and they began. What is also impressive is that the company owned a high end sander that collects over 90% of the dust and even so, he sent a cleaning crew afterwards to detail and dust my home. As promised, my floors were refinished to perfection in 4 days. I can not say thank you enough for the hard work and professionalism that was displayed by installyourfloors.
