My experience with Many Moons Design was easily the best customer service experience I have ever had. Laura is so very kind, generous, and easy to work with. They were there though every step of our process and even called our contractor to talk about the best way to install and treat the flooring. They were always available for questions. When it came time to have the flooring shipped they brought it themselves (all the way out to NY!) and looked at our project. By combining it with another order and brining it themselves they saved us a lot of money on shipping. By that time our contractor was also so looking forward to meeting the very sweet and helpful crew. They were such a pleasure! The flooring we got from them was of great quality and is my very favorite part of our new home by far. Thank you Many Moons!!
