Showcase Floors

Showcase Floors is a top of the line company. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in finding exactly what we need for each project. We use them on all of our renovations from tile in the bathrooms to carpet for the family rooms and bedrooms. The latest project is a tiled shower. They made it feel like a spa shower. Highly recommend Jeremiah and his team.

After a bad experience with a back-yard project, I was not excited about having our bathroom remodeled. But working with Showcase Floors was a wonderful experience. The designer was very helpful at assisting us to narrow down our choices. She listened to what WE wanted and showed us choices within our style. It was a wonderful, easy process. And instead of being scared of what it would look like after it was done, I was confident that she wouldn't let us make a poor choice. The men who tiled were as clean as they could be and polite and trustworthy. The entire project, start to finish, took less than 10 days. It wasn't that they started our project and didn't come back for a few days. They were there everyday until it was done. They took care of EVERYTHING from the electrician for the heated floors to the glass for the shower door to the tile to the carpet edging. They even assisted us with fixing a mistake we made while trying to do something on our own. I had one minute concern after it was all finished and someone was there within 2 days to fix that and the problem was resolved. Remodeling doesn't have to be scary and overwhelming and consume years of your life?!?!?! Who knew!!??

We had a positive experience with Showcase Floors from start to finish. Jeremiah provided professional estimating with a computer rendering. He assisted us with modifications and put us in touch with sub contractors to meet our needs. We enjoyed working with his knowledgeable and personable staff. Jeremiah assisted us in selecting the flooring products, which we are very happy with. We love our updated main floor!

Showcase Floors installed new carpet throughout our home and replaced the linoleum in the foyer, hallway and kitchen with tile. Jeremiah was a pleasure to work with. He provided quality materials at competitive prices and performed the work within budget. His workers were excellent, performed quality work and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. Jeremiah was very responsive to minor installation issues that needed to be taken care of. I highly recommend Jeremiah and Showcase Floors.

The Showcase Floors team was very professional and they do very high quality work. We are very pleased with our tile work, flooring, etc. The kitchen backsplash was not a simple tile job with the tile design, so there was a lot of cutting for around light switches, etc and it looks phenomenal. We get many compliments on that particular tile. But overall, Jeremiah and Erick and their team do excellent work and we would highly recommend them.

We were pleased with the staff at the showroom and at the job, they were friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the choice of products. I had ordered a tile for my floor in the basement bathroom, and I hadn't realized it was the wrong tile until it was laid out onto the floor. They ripped it out and ordered a different tile and took partial responsibility of the mistake made and corrected it immediately. This is what makes a good company a great company-going the extra mile to make sure that the customer is satisfied. Also, I love the titled shower, it is show-stopper!

Our shower/bathroom turned out exactly how we wanted it. Great communication and they even came back after project was finished to fill two small holes in the grout.

My wife and I decided to do a complete remodel of our master bath. The bathroom was unchanged from the late 80"s and so we gutted the complete room. Showcase floors were recommended to us by a friend, not only as a designer, but as the contractor. They gave us design choices and options for color and material. We now have a beautiful master bath with new cabinetry, ceramic floors, and a huge ceramic walk in shower. All of our friends are in awe over the transformation.
