Simple Floors

I gave this company a one star rating only because there is nothing lower. The installation was done 7 months ago, problems soon developed. They ordered two professional inspections to determine the problem, which the company has denied receiving. The only contact I've had is with "Dallas", who just informed me he is no longer with the company." I used this company because it is a "family" business. I will be happy to adjusts this rating when they are able to provide satisfaction. I have operated a business for 35 years, and recognize the importance of honesty, which they are lacking.

I've been working with simple floors for years. They are very responsive and that's important to me when working with a vendor. They have great selection and excellent deals. In 7 years doing renovations and construction I haven't bought flooring from anyone else! I highly recommend.

Don't even think about going to Simple Floors orange until you have shopped every place else first, because you will find the lowest prices, with the friendliest staff and professional installers all in one place, or if you don't want to waste a lot of time go to Simple Floors first and make it your only stop. Wife and I spent almost a year looking at flooring products, simple floors was one of our first stops and right after visiting them we decided that we were going to use them to replace the carpet in our house, we decided on engineered hardwood and made several modifications to our plan over the year. When we started the process, we were so confused, Diego, Shaun and Carol were able to answer all our questions about the different types of material, guiding us towards something that would standup to our 90 pound dog and still offer the look we wanted, during the whole process Shaun was great he came out twice to measure the floor space, once for our first plan that did not include the Kitchen and Dining room and then again when we decided to include those areas, we then added a carpet runner to the stairway. Finally it was time for the installation to start, our painter decided that he wanted to paint before the floors and then come back and do touch ups. The installation team was scheduled for the week after the painter started and installed the top floor flooring after the painters finished, then moved to the first floor the next week. Jesus and his team of installers started early and worked late every day, they cleaned up every night and made sure everything was installed perfectly. During the installation we had two minor unexpected issues come up, the first was that part of the floor was not level and needed a significant amount of leveling, this was originally hidden by the carpet and was not discovered until it was removed, however Jesus and his team got our approval for the extra cost and didn't miss a beat, it took an extra day to do the leveling and installation but the floor looks great. The other issue was that some tile in the entry way was removed accidently, Diego made it right and the wife is much happier with the new entryway than the old one, so this turned into a happy accident. In summary, Diego, Carol and Shaun will take care of you like family, they guide you to what you want and need and won't push you into a product that gives them the highest profit or last week's close-outs unless that is what you are looking for. Jesus and his team of installers treat your home like their own, they make sure everything is done right and clean up every night, they show up on time and get their work done in an efficient and professional manner. Juan the carpet installer, while he was only on site two days, one for the measuring of our stair runner and one day to install it after it was cut and bound he was great as well. The entire team at Simple Floors in Orange is FANTASTIC! Prices are great, they treat you like family and want you to be happy with your purchase. We have some more work to do later and we will be using Simple Floors again.

Simple Floors has been our choice for wood laminate flooring on two occasions. Each experience has been exceptional. We couldn't find the same price for the value of the product in any other similar location. We decided to pick up our product on the first occasion and the second, we went with his recommended installer. Outstanding work and we love the flooring. We strongly recommend doing business with Diego. He has made us feel as if we're family.

I have been working with Diego for the past couple of years. He has always proven himself to be honest and committed to providing the ultimate customer service. I am an interior designer, so having someone like Diego @ Simple Floors/Max Floors in invaluable. I have used him on more than a dozen or so jobs. He hasn't ever let me down. I can't make that comment for any other sub that I have worked with. Recently, he just finished this project with me. The product is produced by Amazon Wood Floors called the Modani Series.

Diego, the owner, is not lying when he says that he is 'passionate about providing customers with premium-grade, design-conscious flooring.' As an Austin resident with a newly emptied condo in Yorba Linda, I had one weekend to visit Simple Floors, make a judgement and request service. Diego and his son-in-law made everything work. Before I landed at SNA, they had dispatched a team to assess the size of the unit and within minutes of my arrival at their store, helped me select three attractive options. I paid and flew back to Texas, hoping all would work out. It did. The floors look great, helping me land a new tenant within days. And the attention to detail cannot be overstated. My father, an old-school veteran of the construction industry, inspected the unit afterwards and said he was impressed with the work.
