WestBay Floor Source

We have had nothing but positive experiences working with Westbay Floor Source. Since moving into our home in 2007, we have used Westbay on three separate occasions: Installation of vinyl plank flooring in a previously unfinished portion of our basement turned into bar area…. installation of carpet in the stairwell into our basement and another finished portion of our basement… and finally one big carpeting update in our living room, dining room, main stairway and upstairs hallway. I do not have a great eye for interior design, and the people at Westbay were fantastic at helping us find a color for our carpet that suited our house/paint colors best, while also thoroughly explaining the differences in our carpeting options and making recommendations to us based on how we live (including the fact that we have young, often messy kids to consider). In addition to the great product, we also appreciated the personalized service from a local, family-owned company. We will continue to use Westbay for any future needs and would recommend them to anyone looking to make updates in their home.

We are loyal customers over many years and have purchased both sheet vinyl and vinyl planks for several projects at 2 different homes. The latest experience in 2015 with Liana as the in-store sale rep was the best - she was welcoming, courteous and efficient. The in-store experience could have been better on previous occasions as we usually had to search for someone to take our order. The installation experience has always been outstanding and we always ask for "Don" as the installer. On the latest project he teamed with Dave and they were an excellent team. Arrive promptly, work hard all day, and truly are perfectionists about the outcome (as are we). We did try a flooring project through Costco to save money. The outcome looked wonderful but took about 10 days for a project that was 1/3 as big as the recent project thru Westbay which took just 3 days. The installer thru Costco often worked only 2 hours per day - he said he was 45 yrs old and didn't want to expend so much physical effort anymore. Things cost what they do for a reason and it's always true that you get what you pay for.

West Bay was very efficient in taking the time to measure our floors, have us to their show room and show us all options within our budget. We had a need to get part of our flooring in almost immediately and they were able to work with us and accommodate. Their carpet installers had many years of experience, were extremely efficient and even stayed overtime to get our carpets installed same day. We've now used West Bay in two of our homes and have been extremely pleased with our experiences.

We use Westbay for all of our flooring/subcontracting needs. Tile showers, carpet, laminate, etc. Punctual and fair. Great company.

Early in 2014, my wife and I met with Karen Minzenberger, the West Bay Floor Source design consultant, about our remodeling project of two baths and re-carpeting major portions of the house. Karen was superb – working with her was a first-class experience! Karen spent time reviewing our remodeling plans, talking with us about the total project and getting a sense about our tastes. Within a matter of one or two visits, we had all aspects of the project we were considering decided. Karen was able to present thoughtful ideas that were creative and fit our sense of style. She was such a good partner and West Bay’s pricing was so fair that we had no reason to shop beyond. In addition to using Karen as a design consultant, we had West Bay install the tile and carpeting. The tile installers were so diligentand precise that we could not be happier with their work. Karen Minzenberger and the West Bay team are fantastic!

We were very satisfied with the work done by WestBay Floor Source. They provided a good, quality product and excellent design service. Their customer service both during and after the process have been great! We built a new house and WestBay did all of the flooring throughout the house as well as the tile in the master bath. Unfortunately, our builder did not provide any sort of design assistance. So, it was nice to work with the designers at WestBay. Karen went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our selections and that we were able to find something that worked within our budget. Scott has done a nice job of following through after the fact to ensure everything is installed correctly and to our satisfaction. Overall, a great experience!

I am Interior Designer and have worked with WestBay on numerous jobs. Their installers are very experienced and accommodating. On this specific job, they went above and beyond in helping with some floor outlets. It was a very large project and they got it done within the timeframe needed.

From the time I walked into the store to speak with a sales associate until the final installation, the process was handled professionally and courteously. I had my kitchen redone early this year with the last step being the floor. My floor needed to be leveled at several areas before any other work could be done. The floor came out so perfect. The two installers did a very professional job in explaining what needed to be done and then did it. I am very pleased with the results and would recomend to any of my friend's that need floors installed.
