We recently renovated the main floor of our house including removal of a wall, paint, new lighting, changing our gas fireplace location, whole new kitchen, and new flooring throughout the main and upper level. We were lucky enough to have 1364 take on the job and really appreciate all their hard work. If something went wrong, they fixed it immediately and were very patient when I changed my mind along the way. Now that everything is done, our house looks brand new! I’ve already recommended 1364 to several friends and family. Thank you Mark C, Mark G, Chad, Dillon, Scott, Bob and the rest of the 1364 Services team!

I can't say enough about how great these guys were throughout the entire process with our investment properties complete remodel! We had complete remodels of the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, custom shelving and of course the home theatre which all-in-all completely transformed the house. Lots of detail in their work, fantastic communication and above all, just great work. They're passionate which also attracts that like minded narrative in all their workers and who they work with, all the best from us and our kindest recommends to anyone else!

Mark did a fabulous job doing a custom door installation for us - we couldn’t be happier! He took care of removing the old, broken folding door and picked up, built, and then installed our beautiful new frosted glass door, frame, and hardware. Mark was extremely conscientious and made sure everything was completed to our utmost satisfaction. We will definitely be using Mark and 1364 Services again.

We had our entire basement re-done from the bedrooms to bathroom and wet bar for a family entertainment area or “man-cave” if you ask my husband LOL. We initially hired them because if their promise to us of being there for any questions or concerns on an ongoing basis and that the work would be done properly and nicely. They lived up to it. Was completely stress free especially through the transition into these covid times. We love the space and 100% recommend to anyone! I felt an obligation to write this knowing how hard it can be to find someone great to work with atleast in the renovation side of things. The fruit basket was also sweet ;) thanks again guys!

Chad and Mark were great contractors to work with. The process went smoothly from our initial consultation to the end of the project. They kept in constant communication about the progress and ensured we were happy every step of the way. We especially liked that they were able to stay on budget and give us cost saving tips for work we opted to do on our own. Their sub-contractors were also good and everyone cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis. I would recommend 1364 Services Inc. and would definitely hire them again.
