Ability Remodeling

Cheryl and I Highly recommend Ability Remodeling!! The complete team is absolutely the Best! We worked closely on this remodel project with Phil Stephens and Mike Daniel. They were very professional and men of their word from start to finish. This project took several months and was complicated, they took pride in their work and were great communicators and kept in touch with us at all times as we did this project from Montana and were not able to be on site much of the time. They made sure we understood what needed to be done and would walk us through things that we did not understand. We could not be happier with how this project turned out! These guys are outstanding, honest and do a great job! If we have another opportunity to do another project in Prescott, we would have them do the job!!

They remodeled our master bathroom and created a 3 rd bathroom in our home. They also painted other areas as well as added railings where needed. They did an awesome job and on time . The protected all our furnishings. And cleaned up at the end of the project. It was as if it was like that all along! They were very professional and kept us upgraded even though this was our second home and we live across the country. I would not hesitate to use them again

We had an excellent experience with Ability Remodeling. We engaged Ability to do a full remodel of our kitchen and bathroom in our 1940’s Prescott home. The Ability team was professional, transparent on costs and timeline, and communicated well with us throughout the project. Phil, our primary contact, was fun to work with and was a great help selecting and sourcing all of our finishings. We love the end result and would highly recommend Ability Remodeling.

Great honest employees representing the company while doing quality work. Helped form ideas and provided selections to complete the project of our total home remodel. The company uses platforms to inform the client of progress and track billing- all building trust with the client.

We had a fantastic experience with Ability. Mike was straightforward with us and worked with us on getting our wants into the budget we were comfortable with. Phil was great in putting our needs in cabinetry design to maximize our space along with helping with our choices in cabinets, countertops, fixtures and all the little details.. Once the major decisions were made, we worked daily with Jerry as he and his excellent crew did the construction. Jerry kept us informed daily and responded to my texts immediately. The skilled craftsmen did an excellent job, and all were extremely accommodating. Our home was spotless when we moved back in. We have absolutely no complaints and will definitely use them again for our next project.

If only Ability Remodeling were located in the Valley!!!! Prescott & surrounding areas don't know this gem of a company is located in their vicinity! I would call them to renovate our home again should the need arise. The leadership & management of this company definitely starts from the top & infuses down to the Ability Crew! They are EXCELLENT with attention to details & will go over & above to ensure the work is done right! They communicate very well: phone, text, email, buildertrend.com, and my favorite, IN PERSON! They knew we were on a budget, so they would explain issues to us, inform us of pros&cons, give us possible alternates, & assist us in our decision so that our Family Cabin reaches the goal of "Sealing the Envelope". This was an excellent job, right from the start working with Mike and Paul in planning and looking at the job, their insights, observations and recommendations where right on point and to the point. The worked very hard at understanding what we were looking to accomplish and made many insightful suggestions. The actually workmanship has been very good and the project management and communication was very good. We knew where things were throughout the process. All of the sub-trades were very courteous, professional and the workmanship is excellent. We have other projects in mind and will definitely call on Ability Remodeling when we are ready to do them. One of the areas we were most impressed with, with Mike and Paul with was their understanding of and concern with the finances, many of the suggestions that they made actually ended up achieving what we wanted, but at less money. A real pleasure working with the whole team, we will use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Probably one of the most organized and through home remodeling company’s we have worked with and we have done many home remodels on multiple homes. Their software program allows you to track and visualize your project every step of the way. We received almost daily text and phone calls with project updates and next steps. Their recommendations for products were outstanding. All around a pleasant experience considering we were doing a remodel. Highly recommend Ability!

We highly recommend Ability Remodel and are so grateful for the incredible and beautiful transformation of our mountain home. They are professional and on time, keeping everything clean, and helped to stay within our budget which we greatly appreciated. We had a vision and ideas for what we wanted done, but they had some suggestions that we never even considered and they improved the functionality and design and overall enjoyment of our cabin immensely. Mike suggested building a cover to a porch that we never used and it is now a favorite place for everyone to gather. We had a very small balcony we rarely even stood on that they suggested building out bigger and we now love sitting out there enjoying the view. Phil was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and patient helping to choose colors and fixtures and always mindful of the budget. These guys are an absolute joy to work with and we are completely thrilled with the part one end result of our wonderful remodel. We plan to work with them again in the spring to tackle some additional remodel projects on the inside and know we are in great hands with Ability Remodel. We definitely made the right choice choosing to work with this great group of guys and their company!
