Ashar and Absolute Building and Construction did an EXCELLENT job with our home remodeling project. The team that completed our project was terrific. They were on time, very clean, and had meticulous craftsmanship. They even worked over a weekend to complete the project in record time! Ashar's bid for the project was very reasonable and his team started the project when he promised it would start - which is not typical with many construction companies these days. I would highly recommend this company.

Renovations don't need to be a hassle. Asher and Absolute completely remodeled my family home, taking it from 1972 to 2023. The results are stunning. My sister and I live in Europe and in another state. The work was done quickly, and affordably. We needed to prepare the home for sale. Not only was it modernized. It was readied to pass inspection. HUGE return on investment. And what a relief to find someone so honest, professional, and talented. You won't be disappointed. Small architectural, and layout changes, floors, carpets, and finish recommendations were an added bonus. Both the interior and exterior were updated. The attached pictures are a small sampling of the work.

Everyone from the entire absolute building and construction team was a pleasure to work with. My project was in Old Town Gaithersburg and it is one of the most difficult places to renovate due to strict permit and coding regulations.
