***Find a different company*** I was extremely disappointed with my experience. During the sales process, the company sold me an overall experience that was immediately not met once the project began. I was told my relatively small project would take approximately six weeks, but it ultimately took more than five months. Communication was consistently poor, and despite having a project manager, much of the coordination and oversight fell on my family. I was also surprised by the number of additional costs that arose throughout the project, which made an already expensive (and in my opinion overpriced )project cost more than I anticipated. I feel duped by good sales people at a time I was overwhelmed and needed a company who would support me. The termination of my contract was also handled extremely unprofessionally in my opinion. Overall, the delays, communication issues, additional costs, and handling of the project’s conclusion left me extremely dissatisfied. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

We recently finished a second-story extension on the back side of the home. This addition included two large bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Asaf was great at breaking the project into steps. The team installed new vertical supports, revised the roofline, and added columns throughout the existing structure. City permits took about a week. The final space feels like an extension of the home, which is exactly what we were aiming for.

One of our bathrooms was stuck in the 90s with worn-out tile and a layout that wasted space. Jake didn’t try to upsell us—he just pointed out where changes would have the most impact. His crew removed a wall between the vanity and toilet area, added a partial divider for privacy, and re-tiled everything. We picked a neutral color scheme, and it already feels timeless. The layout change made the room easier to move around in. Jake gave realistic timelines, kept the remodelers appropriately spaced, and didn’t let anything fall through the cracks. The result is a clean, updated bathroom that works much better.

Jake's team worked on our kitchen upgrade for several weeks, and it has been a success. The project included rerouting plumbing lines under the slab to support a new island layout, building in space for a pantry cabinet, and adding undercabinet lights. They also cut into the dining wall to install a pass-through with a butcher block counter. The finishing details were all chosen for use and appearance; we love it. It's the first time in years we've had a kitchen where we can cook, host, and not feel boxed in. I'm grateful, guys.

Our home had two small bathrooms side by side, and we wanted Ace Remodeling TX to turn them into one big one. It meant removing a shared wall, rerouting the plumbing, and reworking both entryways. Niv and Asaf helped us design a new layout with a walk-in shower, built-in bench, and wider vanity. The result is worth it, just how we had envisioned it. They kept us involved at every step and even helped pick out the tile and other finishes that made us feel deeply connected with the space.

The 4,900 sq. ft. home included two kitchens and a flexible office space over the garage. Matan’s crew worked efficiently through foundation and framing. The shape of the roof required careful alignment, especially at the valley points. Framing passed the first inspection without notes. We didn’t have to chase them for updates. The project stayed on track and left room for finish work to begin early.

A custom tile feature wall stands out, while the rest of the layout stays simple and clean. The entry door was placed on the opposite side to keep everything balanced and easy to move around. After agreeing on the design and getting the permits, we started working with ACE Remodeling’s team to construct a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home with a patio area and rooftop terrace. The framing crew worked fast but followed every code. They managed everything from setting deep foundation footings to the final plumbing and electrical rough-in. Jake was on-site constantly and made sure every inspection passed the first time. They were always a step ahead with updates and walked us through every key decision.

The home had a great structure but needed help inside. Ace Remodeling came up with a plan that kept what worked and redesigned everything else. They created a larger primary suite by joining two rooms and added a new walk-through closet that leads to the bath. They also pushed the kitchen into what was once a formal dining room and gave us an open layout that fits how we use the kitchen. Their attention to materials impressed us — high-quality wood cabinets, quartz counters, and satin brass hardware. The mix of old and new feels seamless. We didn’t think we could make all these changes without expanding, but their design made it happen.

We asked Ace Remodeling to help us create a bathroom that worked for both kids and guests. Asaf helped us pick finishes that were good enough for daily use but still looked good. They added a double vanity, durable, waterproof flooring, and a shower with built-in shelves. The layout was updated to keep wet and dry areas separate. It’s easier to clean and way more functional.
