We recently finished a whole house remodel/rebuild with Adar Builders and we are very happy! From the beginning of the build, Adar Builders were great with communication and assisted with any concerns we had. Was lucky enough to learn of ADAR builders when my parents were looking around to find a company that could convert their 2 car garage into a 2 bedroom ADU for my family of 3. We met with Colby in early 2023, discussed ideas and he got back to us right away with plans & the next steps quickly. Construction started 2nd week of August and wrapped 2nd week of November! We are now moving into a fresh cozy space right before the new year and holiday! We saw Amit many times during that initial phase, always refining and making sure that our plans were clear and concise. Talking about a project and then seeing 3 dimensional plans brings your project to life. Looking at our planned addition, with our actual furniture, gave us a realistic view of what could be accomplished. As we listened to Amit we knew that we were in good hands, and our project would be successful, brought in on time and budget. As you decide on what construction company will handle your project, don’t be afraid to ask questions. Ask how long will it take to complete the project. Finally, lock down a price so there are no surprises at the end. Remember to be flexible when it comes to the timeframe, things happen (rain delays, illness building supplies out of stock). Also be aware that you will probably make changes to your plan, adding and subtracting items. This will affect the timeline and even the cost. Our house had a very old roof and had some leaks during the rains this Spring. Based on seeing their work in our neighborhood we called Adar Builders and met with Amit. He came to our place and spent quite a bit of time inspecting our roof and attic and having a frank discussion with us about what we wanted. We felt like we could really trust Amit after that first day. He gave us suggestions for different options and costs and we decided to proceed. Amit was present and involved in all the work happening from the first day and he gave us daily updates on what was done and what would be happening next. The crew was efficient and each day cleaned up so well you would never know a major project was in process. There were zero unexpected findings or events, and at the end of about a week we had a beautiful new roof, new attic insulation, and new gutters. There is a lot of uncertainty and anxiety in taking on large projects in our home, but having a partner who absolutely knows what they are doing and whom we could trust from the beginning made the process so much easier. We are very happy with the result and there is no question that we will be working with Adar Builders on our future projects.

I can’t say enough good about ADAR Builders and particularly about Alon Hefetz, my Project Manager who is a great ambassador for the company. From initial visit to determine the scope of work, developing a plan of action and a detailed cost estimate he was very responsive, professional and respectful. The workers were very considerate, efficient, and very neat. Alon helped me with my insurance claim for which I will be forever grateful. From the central office, the owner visiting, to the finishing workers the experience was all positive and the project was completed to my total satisfaction. Adar is a family run business. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST, MOST PROFESSIONAL, EASY TO WORK WITH AND RESPONSIVE PEOPLE IMAGINABLE,! Amit was our contractor. He and his team are extremely efficient and they get the job done quickly. Our experience with them is an A+++. They renovated our entire house, from top to bottom. The house renovation included: new plumbing, electrical, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new laundry room, new butlers pantry, new hardwood floors throughout, new crown molding, some new doors and paint throughout. Their team of people kept our house clean, which I appreciated. Adar Builders, Inc deserves the highest recommendation possible and I’m happy to give it! We loved working with them.

Colby was our project manager and Gabriel and Roje completed the work. We had our two bathrooms remodeled one at a time and the work was completed in one month. They showed up when they said they would and all of the work they did is great. Working with them was the best experience we have had with contractors.

We are pleased with Adar Builders and our home addition! They have high standards for their work and their staff. We started with ideas, drew up plans, got permits, then construction! We were out of our home for approximately 6 months and love the results of all the construction. New master bedroom (vaulted ceilings!), bathroom/closet, laundry room, flooring throughout, updated AC/heating, full house rewire, and attic clean out/insulation update. Communication was smooth, enjoyed working closely with Colby and the Adar family. Any hiccups were addressed quickly.

Adar Builders just completed my large master bath reno…what a great company!! Five stars to the whole team! I was given excellent design ideas, recommendations, and guidance by Colby, and he did a fantastic job of overseeing the whole project all the way through. And my carpenter/plumber/electrician/problem solver, Gabriel executed the entire thing masterfully! He and his brother worked tirelessly to complete the remodel, not just on time…but AHEAD OF SCHEDULE!! When does that ever happen?? Their quality of work was beyond compare. Gabriel paid attention to the smallest details, and always consulted with me to give me exactly what I wanted. He was perfection! As a company, I found Adar Builders to be fair, honest, respectful, and professional. This is not the only builder who I have used for remodeling work, but it is the only one who I would use again. I had Adar remodel a bathroom for me. Colby Benton showed up at my house for the appointment and gave me an honest bid and time frame that the work would be completed. I worked with Amit and team last year to remodel my 1970s condo bathroom. They completely gutted my bathroom and replaced everything in less than 2 weeks. When my bathtub was delayed they went out of their way to find one "nearby", was still an hour and a half away. My dad who has been in the tile business for 40+ years said they did an excellent job installing all of the tile. Would highly recommend Adar Builders to anyone!

I have never written a review before, but the service and kindness we received from Adar Builders over the past few months has been out of this world. From the first time we met with Amit, we knew we wanted to work with him and he didn't disappoint. They helped us remodel our entire three bedroom and loft condo and the outcome is above and beyond our expectations. Everything from the competitive quote, to dealing with our HOA, permits, design, personal details, and unforseen adjustments were handled by Adar Builders with exceptional professionalism and humility. We cannot say enough good things about Amit and Adar Builders. Amit and his team treated us like family from the day we met, and guided us through every step of the renovation process. Amit listened carefully to what we were envisioning, and his talented associate, Snir, created striking 3D digital designs of exactly what we had in mind. They were detailed right down to the style of the bathroom mirror that we needed to create the look we wanted. If you are unsure of how to choose just the right colors and styles to achieve the look you want for any project, there is no need to fear. Amit actually went with us to the tile store and spent over an hour helping us coordinate the colors and styles we needed to achieve the look we wanted. He also spent a lot of his own time searching for things that we needed to bring our vision to life, such as the vanity and fixtures that we needed for the bathroom. If you are concerned at all about having strangers coming in and working on your house, you do not have to worry. The people that Amit has assembled to complete each job, which in our case, included painters, electricians, plumbers, shower reconstruction specialists, etc, were all very warm, kind, and most of all, professional. They did expert work, and took great care to make sure that we were happy with each step. We always felt comfortable having all of them in our home, even when we had to go to work and leave them here alone. In addition, Amit's communication with us was consistent from day one. He kept us updated every day about which workers were coming the next day, and what time they would be here. We could always trust that everything would happen when he said it would. He checked in on our projects in person on a regular basis, and made sure that we knew that he truly cared about us and about the work that his crews were doing for us. Many people can't wait for the day that all of the work is done and they no longer have to deal with work crews and a contractor. However, we came to consider Amit and his crew as family and friends, and will be glad to continue to associate with them and refer them to anyone who needs work done in their home. In short, you cannot go wrong with choosing Adar Builders to work on your home. You will get first class service from very good people, from start to finish.

We’ve remodeled our kitchen and now our master bathroom and the quality of their work is fantastic. Excellent team. Amit was very easy to connect with – and very responsive – as I texted him often with many questions and update requests. They all made sure that everything for the kitchen was done to my liking including all the details and hunting for the best materials. They even found problems I didn't know about and helped make sure the entire space was in the best condition possible. The before and after is truly amazing and we are all so happy with the end results. In addition to the great work, everyone's personality was lovely, blending professionalism with kindness and genuine care. We started our project with only 3 months to remodel our home. The remodel involved 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, hardwood floors and smooth stucco on the exterior of the entire house. Once we decided on Adar Builders they swiftly came in, immediateley, walls came down and floors were ripped out! The entire crew was so easy to work with, even with last minute design changes. Because the company is family owned and operated, they take special pride in their work. They're not happy until the client is. We hired Amit & Adar to remodel our upstairs. We redid both bathrooms and converted a bedroom to a walk-in closet. The finished product is excellent. He worked with us through many obstacles and revisions. Highly recommend.

We wanted a complete remodel of our master bedroom including bathroom, closet, floors, wall removal and even the baseboards. We had several companies give us estimates. We went with Adar Builders Inc. because Shimi listened to what we want and gave us an idea on what they can do for us. Other companies TOLD us what they wanted to do and shot down most of our ideas. We could not be happier with our choice in using ADAR. We were walked through the process from the initial concept, 3D design, and every step during the remodel. They were also FAST! It made me nervous at first with how quickly things were moving but everything passed inspection first time through. I was really adamant about inspections because we have gotten screwed by other companies when it came to this. As with any remodel or construction, it can be disruptive. Everyone on staff and people who came to our home were professional, polite, and clean. Yes, there is going to be some dust and what not, but it did not feel like we were walking into a war zone. It was only a minor inconvenience due to the fact that we could not use our master suite for some time. They made every effort to make us feel like our family were the only ones in the house. We could not be happier with the end result. Even though we had an idea about what the end result would look like, we were still blown away. They really went above and beyond their commitment to us and we will always be grateful for this. We have now moved everything back into the master suite and we never want to leave!

Adar Builders did outstanding work remodeling our two small, windowless bathrooms in our condo. Since we were and are living here the whole time, we always needed access to a fully functional bathroom. No problem. We were never without. Gal, our project manager, was friendly, resourceful and always there to help us get what we envisioned. He took us to 3 different tile stores as we searched for "our vision." Gal helped us with color selection -- He has a great eye for tile tones and patterns and he knows how to blend that with various paint shades. There are over 50 shades of white, so picking the right color is not for amateurs. Gabriel and his crew were thorough professionals and always polite. It's stressful having one's home thrown upside down during a remodel, but through thick and thin, Gabriel and his crew were there every morning at 8:30 am and stayed through until 4:30 pm. Every day, Gal came by to check on the work, and he returned calls, texts, and emails immediately. Every day, before leaving, Gabriel cleaned up. Gabriel is a true Renaissance Man. On the very last day, there was a minor glitch. We have cork floors in our living room. Adar used painters tape to protect the floor, but unfortunately the tape left some shiny streaks on the floor. Adar took care of the problem and stood behind their work 100%. They are not the cheapest contractor out there, but I am glad we paid a little more to get such wonderful service. Thanks Adar!

Adar family Andy their crew did a fantastic job on remodeling and restoring our home after a gas explosion happened months ago, Amit had worked with us on the designs as promised, they all helped us to coordinate the addresses and promised timelines, price was fair especially for the final result we had received! My husband and myself are very pleased with the workmanship quality, managing quality of Adar builders! This was our first remodel project my husband and I ever were involved in and we weren't sure what to expect. We had several estimates and, although the pricing was all about the same, we knew we wanted to go with Adar Builders once we met Amit. He answered our questions, didn't patronize or make us feel dumb. When it was time to start creating what we wanted, he listened and nurtured the process with kindness. Once the work got started, his team of people were all very polite and considerate (wore masks all the time) and were hard workers. Trusting to any contractor/construction company could be the most difficult and challanging experience in anybody's life if one has to face it. And I had that deep trust issue because of my horrifying experience on both workmanship and financial fraud with the initial contractor that started my project and left me hopeless. I had to interview, receive an estimation and professional opinion from many other companies, and individual contractors after my horrible experience, and trying to make sure that I won't fall to the same trap again that I wouldn't be able to survive if I did. I would gladly recommend Adar Builders company to all my friends since they were able to end my constant nightmares. I'm truly grateful in every possible level and happy that I ended up choosing them and having them to take care of all the issues that I was left with. I did my homework and got several quotes and project plans before settling on Adar Builders and it was a great decision! They redid the exterior stucco around our entire house and remodeled our garage and the quality of work was very good. Importantly, everything stayed on schedule and was completed on time. Colby Benton, our project lead, was very communicative and collaborative and understood our vision. Cesar, our foreman, clearly took pride in his work and managed his team effectively. All in all, they were excellent to work with. We are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Adar Builders.

We called Adar Builders after having a difficult and frustrating experience with another company. Adar came in to finish work the other company was unable to complete, and to fix errors the other company made. Our experience with Adar was night and day! Amit was very patient and sympathetic to our situation. He took the time to assess the situation, provide options and price ranges, and delivered an amazing finish. First off, I'm so enjoying my new bathroom that I can only give Amit and Adar Builders a 5-Star review. From the overall beauty of my new spa-like bathroom to the little things like getting a perfect warmth from my shower for the first time in 10 years, the team at Adar Builders made my dream bathroom a reality. This complete remodel was done during the Covid-19 pandemic summer of 2020, and it was very smooth. Any minor delays in the original plan were out of our hands, but I am completely satisfied with the final result. Adar Builders are absolutely wonderful! I can't imagine using another contractor. They are warm, personable and they never push or hard sell anything. They replaced the original floors in my 1934 home... and they are incredibly gorgeous - perfect! They painted inside and out and never complained as I changed colors or asked for additional things to be added. They installed the most beautiful marble countertops in my kitchen... I can't stop looking at them! They did a rebuild of my fireplace and it turned out fantastic. They worked very hard to get me everything on my wish list... and if I had an issue or problem, they were right on it - working out every single thing. They have an incredible team. We recently completed a full remodel of our master bathroom and a refresh of our kitchen backsplash with Adar Builders. They went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. From the start of our design process through construction and follow-up, Adar demonstrated their professionalism, expertise, customer service, and true passion for their business. Ultimately, our project was completed on budget and on time (give or take a few additional days for final touch ups). The weekly meetings during construction are very organized and efficient, including agendas sent in advance to ensure alignment on open topics/issues. If any questions or issues arise, Amit goes above and beyond to ensure they are addressed immediately, even coming by our house after hours to ensure that our sleeping children would not be accidentally awoken by an unexpected noise. Such a minor issue was treated with a very impressive sense of urgency. Not only are we extremely pleased with the final result of our bathroom and kitchen, but we are also excited to have found a reputable, respectable, trustworthy company to partner with again in the future. It was a pleasure doing business with ADAR Builders. It is a family owned business and they made me feel like part of the family. The owners were onsite every day to supervise. Their team members were ontime and exceptionally neat. They hired specialists for every aspect of the project. The project required taking out 700 square feet of pavers in an intricate pattern. They didn't crack or break a single piece and replaced them perfectly. Every aspect of the job was performed exactly as agreed. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely hire them again. These guys are by far the best contractors out there. My husband and I worked with them a few times and were very satisfied with the results each time. Our first job was custom railing design and installation, and when we saw how beautifully they work we brought them back for a custom deck building and we couldn’t be happier. The first project was outside, where we did a full pool remodeling and hardscaping.
