This is the third home we have renovated, the first with AGC. The company has far exceeded our expectations and surpassed every other company by a mile. It's almost like having an architect, builder and designer in one. We have even received top-notch expertise in terms of fixtures and furnishings. We cannot sing the praises of AGC enough!

AGC had already come highly recommended. My experience with CJ Chumas and his team was amazing. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I purchased a home here in Montauk in desperate need of updating and TLC. CJ guided me through every aspect of the necessary repairs and improvements. Because of their professionalism and integrity I trusted them every step of the way as we of course encountered unforeseen problems. CJ was respectful of my budget and offered creative and innovative solutions. I was truly impressed with his eye for design. AGC was recommended through a family member. We had a full renovation of two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. We could not be happier with the outcome. We worked with CJ who was very knowledgeable of the look we were going for. He and his team were very professional and paid attention to detail. With their expertise and great ideas our house has been updated beyond our expectations.

These guys are really good! I contracted with AGC to frame a new home project. As an out of town builder I needed a local company to do framing, carpentry, windows, etc. After meeting with Chuck and CJ from AGC, I was very impressed with their depth of knowledge and construction philosophy: employ state-of-the-art techniques and hire, train and manage excellent craftsmen. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

AGC was referred to us by a friend whose custom house was built by Chuck and his team. We had a deck to re-build and some follow on projects like windows and doors which will likely lead up to an addition. Chuck treated us like he was building a whole house. His crews were on time, cleaned up daily and executed with excellent workmanship. Attention to details really matter to the craftsman who are on the job. I am always concerned about waterproofing / flashing details being done properly and after a few discussions I knew I was working with people who really know their trade. It was incredibly reassuring to see the trim and flashing be installed with perfection. For the first time in a long time doing a number of renovations, we are working with someone we can really trust to get the details right. Done right is the only way for AGC and they are certainly a pleasure to work with.

I’ve used AGC for a number of different renovations on my home, and every time they exceed my expectations. I always look to them first whenever I need something done, because they have proven to me time and time again how trustworthy they are. Their standards and professionalism are the kind of standards and professionalism I try to imply in my own business. I highly recommend. I’ve used them from bathrooms, to windows, to the building of an accessory apartment. I refer them to everyone I know as I’m always confident putting my name behind them.

I hired AJC to perform carpentry work on a high-end residential renovation project in Montauk. Being in the construction industry myself, I have very high expectations. I can say without reservation that AGC is a top-notch builder. Their level of craftsmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. They provided an excellent level of supervision, and completed their work on schedule. I highly recommend AGC construction.

We hired Chuck and AGC to replace the exterior vertical cedar siding and all of our Anderson windows and sliders. His crew (especially Tom, CJ and Jon) exhibited the utmost of professionalism and completed the project in a timely manner.
