Having founded the first plumbing supply house in San Jose over 100 years ago, Alexander Ross General Contracting, Inc., is the latests iteration of this long standing tradition. Alex Ross is an excellent contractor but he is also well versed in plumbing, electricity, and carpentry and he never , ever cuts corners. He stays within budget and produces polished work whether it is a room remodel or a complete house from the ground up. He offers good suggestions and has an artistic sensibility. I highly reccommend Alex and the crew who works with him. They are skilled workmen.

Alex and his crew remodeled several portions of our 1937 home. He did several projects including remodeled a down stairs guest unit and bath room including put in new flooring, dry wall, and gutted and retiled a shower. Alex also helped rewire the entire house; working with the city for permits and the electrician where needed. Alex's father did a fabulous job hand honing a beautiful piece of old redwood for our living room fireplace mantel. Alex has quality subs, especially his skilled painter who stained the mantel and an old door that both look great! Alex Ross was a pleasure to work with and does quality work.

Alex and his team were a pleasure to work with. They are fast, professional, and they do high quality work. The project they helped me with included cutting a new door and finishing a room and I really appreciated the thorough approach that Alex took with this work. Highly recommended!
