I worked with Ampersand Construction on a new home that Parson Architecture designed for a client in Sarasota. The Ampersand team brought a high level of professionalism and expertise to the table, and I would be very happy working with them again. Because my practice is located in Los Angeles, I needed a solid builder who had strong relationships locally. They did a terrific job.

Ampersand Construction was recommended to me by a friend and I am very glad he did. I met with John and Allan and immediately felt like they were people I wanted to work with. As it turns out, my hunch was right. Ampersand was able to create a final product that stood out from the crowd. I envisioned a basic concept and they enhanced it by bringing their knowledge, commitment to the best possible outcome, and putting together a team of associates to complete the vision. From initial start, through interior tear down, plumbing, electrical, fixtures and appliances, they were involved. I always had the choice of the direction we took, but they were their to guide me all the way. After the main reconstruction and addition was mostly complete Ampersand suggested a design company to help with the interior and exterior house finishes and a landscaping company to give it great curb appeal. Ampersand Construction, always kept me in the loop as what was happening and kept me apprised of the costs the whole way through. A truly professional company!

Ampersand did an awesome job on my remodel/addition. Everyone in the organization was on top of every detail from scheduling subs to getting permit sign-offs quickly to proceed to the next phase. Everyone was respectful of my family while we were living in the house during construction. These guys have obviously hand picked their subcontractors because they share the same work philosophy.

These guys do great work and are easy to work with. I would recommend them highly. They managed a complete teardown of a '50s florida house and replaced it with something much nicer.
