John and his crew at Arborwood did excellent work performing two days worth of home improvements for us ranging from plumbing, to carpentry to mechanical work. They are professional, competent and friendly. We also used them several years ago to perform a major home renovation and we were very satisfied with that work as well.

Had a pretty good experience with John @ Arborwood. He didn't act like one of those overly desperate contractors which I really appreciated. I needed some help installing baseboards, installing trim around my doors, and hanging doors. He quoted me for the work that I asked for and didn't try to push any additional services on me. He was also flexible with his quote as I preferred to purchase some of the doors and the baseboards myself and he assisted with purchasing the trim and the remaining doors. His crew showed up on time & got the job done in a timely manner and everything looked pretty good with only a few mistakes/problem areas. There were some gaps in between the baseboards & my flooring in some spots, but I think this was partially because my walls aren't totally straight (thank you shotty home builder). I would have probably asked them to install some quarter round had I been given the update while they were still out there working. The caulking in some places should have been applied better, but nothing you're going to notice unless you get right up to it. Caulking in a few places was totally missing. Also, there was a crack in one of the baseboards with a small gash out of the wood. Something the installers probably would have seen ahead of time but chose to install it anyways. Strange. John did offer to come out and fix everything but I told him it was something I could fix on my own. All in all mostly good experience and I would recommend him.

John and Arborwood built a beautiful covered patio which was worked in seemlessly with our existing pool. Quality of work was excellent. John was easy to contact and I would recommend to friends.

Great job; love the floors; the workers were very polite; clean; and explain what they were going to be doing; I was very pleased.

We used Arborwood to design and build a custom bar in our front room. Not only was the design exactly what we wanted, but the quality of the work was that much more impressive. John went beyond the call of duty by providing help hooking up a commercial keg system in my adjacent garage and plumbing it into the wall mount in the bar in the front room. He found tiles to match the floor, which I'm certain was very difficult, since the tiles we have on the floors were only available through the builder. He matched the granite to our kitchen and the woodwork trim to match our moldings and other design characteristics. We use the front room now as our 'vinyl room' and enjoy many sessions with friends listening to records and enjoying friendly spirits and conversation. We are very satisfied and wold recommend Arborwood for any project.

We did an extensive remodel on our kitchen and bath. John Klink was professional and provided positive communication regularly. His team of employees were exceptional and talented problem solvers. Our job was completed on time and within budget. I highly recommend Arborwood Construction and plan on using them again.

We have used Arborwood Construction for every major home improvement project. Our latest project was a remodel of our master bathroom. We consistently use Arborwood because John Klink, project manager, does an outstanding job of understanding what we want, uses the best quality materials, and has a dedicated crew of craftsman who do outstanding work. Our bathroom project was done on time and on budget (as were all our other projects completed by Arborwood). We appreciate John’s attention to detail and he is very accommodating to my wife’s habit of making minor (sometimes not so minor) changes to the project. Owner, John Klink came to estimate our project and we liked his logical approach from the get-go. He began with the utilities (gas/electric/waterlines) that we would need relocated and then, really listened to our ideas and seemed to share our visions for a total kitchen, living room, dining room, entry remodel. We have been VERY happy with his workers, and their attention to detail and quality. They also kept the area clean since we were living through the remodel. John has addressed all glitches that have arisen and coordinated working with other companies; such as the outside cabinet installers. We know that we are not his only clients, but John has been so responsive to our issues and ideas that we feel we are special. We would be happy to show our project to anyone considering hiring Arborwood Construction and we will be using Arborwood again for our master bath/bedroom project in the future.

Arborwood replaced some baseboards and changed out our kitchen bar countertop. They did a great job matching the baseboards and the white paint to what we already had. John was very helpful in the designing of the new and larger countertop on our kitchen bar. Everything came out excellent!
