I'm a remodeling architect with over 40 years experience, and in that time have worked with at least 3 dozen builders or remodelers. My experience with Chris Beasley a couple years back on a master bath remodel was a delight. He was very easy to communicate with, followed our plans precisely, except when he couldn't and reached out to figure out a workaround. The project was a great success, and was even featured in a trade magazine. Most of my projects are on the north end of town, and not in his target area, although I have some coming up in Highlands Ranch that I'd like to have Aspen Builders do.
