Incredible service from the design phase all the way to completion. Poli was our Design Consultant and project manager. Just so easy to work with. She was able to help me make decisions "on the fly" over a couple of obstacles which arose during the construction phase. The extra work was done at no cost to us. I think this is what sets this company above the others on the design/construction sell. It's clear these are pros. The crew definitely went above and beyond in terms of job focus and task completion. In the end, they left us with artisan level work and a cleanup so complete, it's like they were never here. I highly recommend this company!

From sales to installation and service, this entire experience was disappointing. We had Baraca install a vinyl fence along the property line with two gates. Before signing the paperwork, I decided to take a minute to read the contract. The saleswoman said to me, "it's a vinyl fence, not a mortgage". She wasn't joking. The joke came when the fence was installed. The gate on my neighbor's side was put in the wrong place. Luckily, she noticed and the installers moved it. My gate does not close properly. I've reached out several times and they've been unresponsive and flakey. The installers finished a day later than they were supposed to and left my property a mess. After this experience, I've gotten 3 quotes from well-reviewed companies to do the identical fence on the other side of my property. Each quote was, at least, $1000 less than what Baraca charged for the same project. The other quotes also include higher quality materials. These guys are the most expensive shop in town, yet they use cheap material and provide poor service from start to finish.

Hello Matt first I’m sorry again for your experience BUT would love to share our experience with you as a client to show the people both sides of the coin at this point .

-gate of the neighbors side was installed on the current place . Please speak on your own experience , i will attach her experience in photos .

-we believe in woman operating and she did everything to make you satisfied. And if you wasn’t happy with her joking I’m sorry .

- your gate was close perfectly , I am not sure what happen after you touched it , but after 2-3 weeks we have come and paid a full service call for a 2 min adjustment . I will attach the gate video .

-we have contracted to finish the job in a timeline of a week and we finished it in 2 days . So its untrue to say we have finished a day later .

-we didn’t notice some of the debris that left and the second you texted us same day it was removed and cleaned up .

-it is wrong to say we are the most expensive according to your neighbor (out client ) that compared us and provide us with a way different feedback ,

-after all i come over to apologize and to try and see what happen that we have such an un-satisfied client after we got such an amazing feedback from the same job at your neighbor , you have decided to stay at you position and decline signing a completion form in this case we will mail it to you with a letter . (which completion protect you BTW) .

Our company have been extraordinary detailed and serviced high end clients all over Orange County area , it is very important to us to satisfy every client we have but we also believe in trueness , woman operations and great experience .

I needed a bathroom remodel and had Tommy come out to do a bid. He came out the same day I called him and communicates very well. I accepted his bid for labor and I picked up all the materials. I could not be happier with Tommy and his co worker who are very talented. He took the time to protect all of my floors from the front door all the way to the project covering any floors and carpets. No need for 5 or 6 people running in and out of your home. He communicates with you as the customer daily if wanted or needed. He always asks if you have any questions while in your home not to mention he is very accessible over his cell as well. As I saw the quality of Tommy's team work I decided to have them do another bathroom in my home. It turned out excellent and after the Holiday's I will have him back for my last bathroom. His tile work is outstanding. While he was remodeling my bathrooms I had Tommy Install can lighting throughout my living room, texture and repaint the entire room as well. Great contractor, I would highly recommend Tommy to anyone looking for a talented trustworthy Contractor.
