Founded in 1983, by Rick Jeffrey, Beach Front Construction Inc. began as a multifaceted custom construction and real estate development business. With over 30 years of experience in all phases of development, design, construction, and finish work, Beach Front Construction Inc. brings a comprehensive professional skill set to all of it clients and projects. Originally based in Huntington Beach California, BFC has now been building custom homes in Santa Barbara, Montecito, and Hope Ranch for the past 18 years. “At BFC, it is our goal to provide our clients with an amazing custom construction experience and the highest quality finished product possible. We pride ourselves on our service and our ability to guide clients through the entire construction process. Beach Front is a great local construction company. Family owned, hard-working team of professionals. They have been building a home for us on the SB Riveria, the home looks amazing, nice attention to detail they also have been great with the clients.
