The entire project went smoothly from start to finish. We were provided with a detailed estimate and job schedule so we knew what to expect. Their team always showed up on time and left our home in good order at the end of each day. We couldn't be happier with our master bathroom remodel. I have hired Bercel Builders on numerous occasions over the last ten years. They have done roof work, replacement of interior walls and ceilings, tile work, Arcadia door replacements, and stucco work. In every case, we have received a written estimate with a detailed work schedule. They are most professional and the work site is cleaned daily and super clean when the job is done. Bercel Builders built my house and also put an addition on it. They are a first class company. They were on the job every day to make sure all work was being done correctly. The job was completed in a timely mater at the price they quoted me. My roof has an 18 inch overlap on the felt paper when all other builders use a 4 inch. The outside of my house has been covered 100 % with plywood. When the lumber package was delivered to house they went through it and any corked lumber went back to supplier and was not used in house. I would use them if I ever built another house.

BercelBuilders did an excellent job on my bathroom remodel. I had my master bath totally redone including having a sunken shower redone to floor level . The job was professional from the initial projected job estimate to the completion of the project. The workers were all professional and left everything neat and clean at the end of the day. The remodel was completed on time. There was one minor issue after completion and it wee corrected immediately. I would utilize their services again.

Bercel Builders have been in business for over 30 years in this area. The remodel consisted of TV Room, 3 bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, a walk-in closet, 2 regular closets, and laundry room. After the submitted bid and signed contract, Bercel Builders took me to tile, granite, lighting and plumbing suppliers. I was advised of good quality materials and those that were not so good. I really appreciated their knowledge, honesty and their efforts to try to keep me within budget. When all materials were on hand and sub-contractors scheduled, I was presented with a complete schedule indicating time, date each phase of the project would be completed. I highly recommend Bercel Builders for any project from new construction, remodel, big or small. They were professional and pleasant to work with. I will definitely hire Bercel Builders for any future projects. They were amazing!!

I had a complete remodel of my guest bathroom. Removal of all of the tile walls, floors, vanity, tub, toilet etc. Installation of tile floor, tile in bathtub area, new cabinet and granite top, hanging of mirror, light fixtures, etc. Bercel Builders is a very professional company. From the first visit to discuss what I wanted to have done, then the estimate (the 3rd one I had received for this project) with everything spelled out as to what they would do and what I would be responsible for. When It came time to start the project I was provided an estimated work time with what was going to be done each day and who to expect in my home that day. Everyone who did work in my home was very professional, polite and respectful and made sure my cats did not get out. Any problems that arose I was informed immediately and the problem was solved. Everyday either John or Mark Bercel was there to let the workers in, to check on the job or discuss any concerns I might have. The job was done on time, within budget, with a very professional looking guest bathroom. I am looking forward to working with Bercel Builders on my next project.

The home they built for us was agressive is design. Bercel's handled it with grace and confidence producing a home that has weathered the last 12 years perfectly. Kitchen remodel. John Bercel came to our home and we discussed everything about the remodel and what we wanted. He gave us a completion time frame (3-4 weeks) and a cost estimate. He started the project after the cabinet maker came over to get measurements and confirm when he could make the units. Each day John's crew came in and completed their task, and each day all of the dust and mess was cleaned up. The kitchen was taken out to the existing walls and replaced with everything new. The timing and coordination of everything was precise and accurate within a day. One vender didn't follow through as scheduled and John got things fixed by the next day. Total time was 3 weeks. I will definitely hire this company for our next home project.
