I connected with Osman via a personal recommendation. I was not disappointed! It was just a small job, but he came right away to give me an estimate and was able to fit me in almost immediately. He repaired a portion of my brick walkway which had to be torn up because of a septic issue. It looks beautiful! And I don't imagine this was that easy since he had to connect two portions of the existing path and it was curved! Osman is a perfectionist, and his co-worker Alan worked long and hard to get it just right. This sort of pride in workmanship is perhaps too rare today. I highly recommend this company, and will be hiring them again in the fall.

I hired Osman to assist with 3 projects in a home I recently purchased and am renovating in Berkeley Springs. The first was construction of a wall and entrance way to the master bedroom (drywall) and the other two required re-framing work on the guest bedroom and laundry room closets (wood paneling). Osman quoted me a fair price. He was professional, responsive and did what he said he was going to do. He and his team showed up on time every day and cleaned up daily before leaving. They completed the project on time and at the agreed upon price, no surprises. I enjoyed working with Osman to talk through my plans for the 3 spaces. I was hiring out the projects I didn’t want to handle myself but were part of a larger project, i.e. delegating phase 1 to him and his team. He made some adjustments and recommendations to the wall construction and closet framing to make it structurally sound for phase 2 of my projects. Attached are the before and after pics from the wall construction in the master. I started phase 2 right after they finished and installed barn doors. Phase 3 is paint, woohoo!! I am extremely pleased with the outcome! The drywall work is flawless and the closets look great. I would definitely recommend Berkeley Springs Properties to others seeking quality work at a fair price.

Osman did an amazing job. He fixed our wall and ceiling after a leak. It looks spotless. He also did our bathroom, which looks amazing. He was very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend him for any house projects.

We hired Osman (Berkeley Properties) as the General Contractor for our renovation. He was extremely knowledgeable and the upmost professional at all times. He took his time to explain the process and inform us of potential cost impact when we deviated from the plan. We basically did a complete renovation which included the kitchen, basement, master bathroom, laundry room and the entire first floor. Osman will be our go-to guy for any future projects.

Osman has done several jobs for me, ranging from kitchen backsplash, under cabinet lighting, to a bathroom update, including new flooring in both bathroom and kitchen. After terminating the contract with our original contractor for substandard work, we hired Berkeley Properties to replace and repair the substandard work and to complete the project. They fulfilled a variety of roles. Both Osman Gomez and Susan Catlette are detail oriented and have high standards of production and performance. They were delightful to work with and were extremely helpful in identifying skilled vendors to complete the work that was not their specialty. Osman is a skilled craftsman and he did a beautiful job of building cabinets among many other things. Susan was the project manager and gave us a sense of confidence that we would receive a high quality finished product and we did! They worked efficiently, appropriately coordinated the timing for each of the vendors to begin and end their tasks and Berkeley had reliable and trustworthy workers.

I have worked with Osman on some technical/mechanical installations over a few YEARS. He is always on time, helpful, adding good ideas to get the job done well. And multiple projects...he had time to flake on me but was not once questionable. More than reliable. That is how I thought of him. THEN I saw his careful and respectful woodwork and wood finishing. I am WAY impressed. Since seeing his GREAT woodworking I have grown to think of him very differently. He has a real knack for thinking through problems, approaching indirectly with good and thoughtful ideas...out of the box and very smart. So...I would describe him as the best of a strong combination of imagination for materials and solutions as well as very careful technical and high quality completion. When he says he will...trust it, he will come through.

Berkeley Properties Online was the perfect remodeling contractor for me. They finished my basement by providing exactly what I wanted and more. They created a rec room, full bath, 3 storage areas, and a beautiful fireplace stove location. The work was done on time and within the price quoted. Because I was new to the community, they were helpful in getting the best people to do the work and answering questions about the community services as well. The basement has become a great hang-out for my grandchildren as well as an exercise area for me.
