“We selected J&B over 4 other contractors to finish our basement and create a bonus room (laundry/craft/sewing room) over our garage. From beginning to end, J&B were consummate professionals - they were continuously available regardless of the day or time of day, they were courteous in both word and action and they were highly respectful of our home's private space. In addition to these important client sensitivities, J&B did exceptional work in our basement and bonus room - the attention to detail and workmanship was extraordinary; we frequently receive compliments about our basement and bonus from guests. While there were a couple issues along the way, J&B rapidly corrected the situation and made good on the work. “Harmon Builders set the bar high and then exceeded it every step of the way. Their attention to detail, superior craftmanship, organization, communication and diligence made our custom home building process smooth (and believe it or not, fun!) They took our raw piece of land void of any infastructure and turned it into a beautiful and relaxing haven where nature meets modern comfort and design. From the moment we talked with Melani and Paul we knew they were going to be the builders of choice for our project. Harmon Builders approached our project as if it was their own home. They cared as if they would be living there and thought through every possible scenario and fact of life to ensure everything would be both beautiful and functional. “Construction Solutions completed three projects for me within a four year period. The first was to dismantle and rebuild a water-logged tub surround. They replaced the window with glass blocks for privacy and a sliding screen window for ventilation. Although it has been four years, it still looks like new. only a little touch up on the window has been necessary. the second and third were completed two years ago. one was laying down paving stones for a patio with a walkway; the other was replacing windows with a customized bay and window seat. I have been very pleased with the results. My older children enjoy drinking their coffee every morning semi reclined in the sunlight.”

“We hired Stonegate in 2011 for two primary bathroom remodels, in 2012 for a bonus room renovation and in 2013 for a complete kitchen renovation including moving walls. From the beginning Alex Post immediately established a thorough assessment of the various project needs. He offered innovative solutions to design aspects both to maximize utility of space and for optimum modern functionality and luxurious appeal. He brought together a very talented team giving us opportunity to frequently review design considerations with the cabinet designer, and the construction project manager. The combined experience and level of professionalism of this team is one of the reasons we immediately felt comfortable to begin our working relationship with Stonegate. Stonegate closely and thoroughly coordinated every detail - the layout and cabinet design, cost estimates, various county inspections, and excellent subcontractors for every need (granite and tile, lighting and electrical, flooring, drywall and painting). Every detail was handled in a most professional manner. We now have an absolutely beautiful and amazing modern functioning kitchen and bathrooms. They have transformed our home.
