Our building is a coop, so even approving the project to start was difficult, but he helped us provide all the information necessary to our coop board and our insurance company. Throughout the project, Bhatti Pro Builders demonstrated outstanding craftsmanship and dedication. They meticulously addressed every aspect of the foundation repair, ensuring every detail was noticed. The team worked diligently and efficiently, completing the job within the estimated timeframe while maintaining the highest quality standards. What impressed me most was their clear communication and transparency. The entire process was organized through project management software, so we all could see exactly what was completed each day or add notes if we had any concerns. We all knew it was going to be a difficult project, but they finished multiple weeks early! Bhatti Pro Builders exceeded my expectations in every aspect of their work. Their expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident in their outstanding results. We recently had our brownstone renovated with Bhatti Pro Builders. Where do I start with my review….All I can say is, there dedication, team work and craftsmanship went above and beyond for myself and my husband’s expectations. We had zero complaints. Our biggest concern was to make sure our contractor communicated with us, and Ali made sure we were updated as our project progressed. We were to invest a lot in this project and we’re very nervous of hiring a contractor, as 4 prior contractors we had interviewed gave there opinion and feedback which really didn’t settle with us. Ali and his team, provided us with the best customer care, peace of mind, knowledge on our Renovation, and we’re straightforward about everything from the day he walked in on our property to the estimate proposal. Most importantly he was licensed and insured which we real had our emphasis on. For a project this size, we had no change orders, or any major issues, which would have caused us to exceed our budget. Definitely my GO TO General Contractor! Ty Ali!!!! And ty to your Team as well!

I can certainly say Bhatti Pro are serious rounded individual builders. Ali the owner of the company consulted me every step of the way for my new project built. I was so impressed to see a young talented individual like himself run an operation backed up by a team of dedicated architect, engineers, and labor force. Ali had set up my project from beginning to finish with some kind of software platform 'Monday.com", which was very helpful and so simple too use. I was updated every step of the way with project progress pictures, documents, inspection reports. The entire process was a breeze, even minor hiccups were dealt effectively and efficiently. The proposal I was given by Ali was so thorough and detailed, each and every step was accounted for to justify the total construction cost based on the approved drawings his architect had established.
