Dave at Blue Ridge Construction has done a great job of general contracting on projects where we have worked together. He is very good at client and subcontractor communication, he defers to my design preferences or recommendations to achieve the goals of the clients' remodels, and he requires quality from every trade that enters the space. He insists that finishes and applications of material are properly done and beautifully executed, and his calm manner is an asset in client interactions. I highly recommend him.

The owner of this company did all of the work himself. I had several plumbing jobs to be done: removing an old ionizing water treatment unit, installing a water softener and hot water circulating pump, and shower/bath plumbing repairs. He also installed new kitchen appliances and a ceiling fan. He did an excellent job on everything. He was polite and conscientious. He worked each small job into his very busy schedule whenever he could. I will be having him do more kitchen remodeling when he has time.
