My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Brumm Built and their crew were instrumental in created the perfect master bedroom and bathroom space in our Truckee/Tahoe home. Such a beautiful space was created with every attention to detail thought through. Construction and fabrication: Brumm Built Design by: Lissy Hudock, lissyse@hotmail.com The concept was to create a luxury hotel-like feel for both the bedroom and bathroom maximizing natural lighting a flowing/open space layout.

I've hired Brumm Built for a number of projects over the years. The latest being to replace and reframe all of my exterior doors. Everything was completed on time and on budget. I will be hiring Brumm Built for future projects.

We hired Brumm Built to renovate our new second home in Olympic Valley. This was not going to be an easy job for two reasons,. The timing: We had a quick close and wanted to renovate immediately. The recent winter: Due to historic snowfall, dozens if not hundreds of home needed repair and so contractors were booked out for months. We receive a recommendation to work with Dave Brumm from our realtor and luckily he was available even though he was about to have his first child. So instead of us taking possession of the keys, Dave was the first person in our new home and went straight to work. He and his team completed the first and second floors of this 3 bed, 3 bath A-frame cabin by Thanksgiving. Complete kitchen redo, all downstairs walls and floors, and 3 bathrooms. All new electrical and plumbing including moving the laundry room and designing a large moving wall. That was in 2015. 5 years later, the house is doing great. We have worked with Brumm Built since then and plan to in the future.

Our family hired Dave Brumm to remodel our mountain cabin. Dave was exceptional. The job included moving some walls and doors, installing new electrical and heating systems, remodeling the kitchen and bathrooms, and moving a staircase. He was very knowledgeable and solved problems with excellent judgement and great creativity. We also felt he really listened to us and understood what we wanted. We could not have been more pleased!

We found Dave via our landscaping guy when we did modifications of our back deck. We hired him to do the same in our front porch and are super happy with it. Our front porch used to be enclosed like our neighbor's and now it is much more inviting, we love to spend time there. Dave was on time, very tedious, he did a great job and left the site clean. Planning on hiring him again soon.

We hired Brum Built to remodel our laundry room creating a space that made more sense for the work flow. Dave and his crew did an outstanding job and brought our vision to life in a reasonable amount of time utilizing and moving the existing plumbing, electric and venting to minimize costs. Dave is very approachable and easy toy talk to and came up with some great ideas that made the space much more functional than we had thought possible. We would not hesitate to recommend Brum Built to friends and family for any construction needs.

Dave worked on our house last year - replacing all the windows, new exterior (cedar and 2 kinds of metal) and was super meticulous. The house looks great (we get comments from passers-by) and Dave was great to work with.

Dave Brumm was our contractor on our kitchen remodel. He was a pleasure to work with. He was easy to get a hold of and communicated with us throughout the whole process. He and his crew were very professional and meticulous. We would definitely use Dave again and recommend him to any friend. We love our kitchen!!

Dave was quick, efficient and very professional. We had a very elaborate and large built-in entertainment center that we needed dismantled and removed including the relocation/repurpose of certain materials.

Dave Brumm is extremely professional and goes the extra mile to make sure his clients are satisfied. As a Realtor, I depend on reliability when I refer clients out to local contractors and service providers, which can sometimes be challenging. Dave has always responded quickly and given concise and accurate information. I would definitley recommend Brumm Built for any remodel project or new build in the Lake Tahoe/Truckee area.
