Bryant construction has done two remodel projects for us in the past fifteen months. Keith Bryant is reliable, efficient, smart and easy with whom to communicate and work. He has excellent suggestions on how to accomplish desired results, anticipates issues the homeowner may not have considered and is meticulous in attention to detail. His people are similarly quality oriented. We are planning other projects in the future and will use Keith again.

Keith was recommended to us from Channel City Lumber for installing our new windows. We quickly found out how full service he is. We added a Glulam structural beam and waste line concrete fill to the project. In every phase the he did quality work, efficiently, on time and affordable. Keith was also easy to work with, easy to get a hold of, knowledgeable and patient.

Keith Bryant is an excellent contractor. He is responsive, knowledgeable, understands a budget and has very competent people working for him. We have used him on relatively small jobs and larger jobs. The work is always completed on time and on budget. On top of this, he is a very nice person, easy to work with. I highly recommend Keith for any construction job that you are contemplating.

As a 30+ year environmental/land use planner, I've worked professionally with my fair share of contractors. On a personal level, this was my second major home remodel project. Keith Bryant's management and problem solving skills as a general contractor are excellent! Keith does what he says, when he says, and offers great communication every step of the way. I seriously never, ever worried that he would not do something or that he wouldn’t show. A true blessing!!! During our project, he always had a pleasant demeanor and was willing to answer ALL my questions (and I had a lot of questions about everything). Working with Keith and his great crew, we accomplished a whole house remodel in approximately 14 weeks. This project included new sewer, plumbing, electrical, new windows, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, moving walls, new floors, base and crown molding, paint, hardware, and 2000’+ of hardscape! The project hummed along and was completed per Keith’s estimate. We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience with Bryant Construction! Al l our friends our amazed that our remodel was completed so quickly and they love the way it looks, too.
