We are working with them now on the electrical for our pool. Can’t recommend them more highly. We’ve given their information to several people already. Ryan Palmer has been super responsive from the initial quote through our current project, always keeping us informed of what’s going on. Reasonable with his prices and timeframe. Incredibly kind and respectful. His guys are great and knowledgeable, always showing up as planned to get the job done. Wonderful guys to work with. We will definitely use them again for any future projects we may have. Customer service is a bit of a lost art with too many businesses. Not these guys. Excellent experience. I can't say enough good things about this company. They turned my old bathroom into my own piece of heaven. They worked in a timely manner, as I was told, getting the project done on schedule. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Mike, the project manager was awesome to work with and kept me informed.

I had previously had a great experience with Built Construction and Electric when I had hired them to do electrical work on my house. So when I needed someone to build a house for me from the ground up I used them. From the beginning to the end Ryan worked with me to come up with a plan and to execute it. The result was a gorgeous house. I will be working with them again on my next project.

We had Built Construction do a "redo" of the front of our home. After several meetings In March 2017 to come to agreement as to what we wanted done on the remodel, we were told the work would start June 2017. When June came around, we were then told it would begin in July 2017. July 2017 we paid a sizable downpayment for the work and were then told August construction would begin. When again that did not happen, we were then told Mid September 2017 at which time I had to have assurances/guarantees that they could finish the redo by mid October as the painters we had lined up did not want to start painting beyond that. Built Construction could not guarantee that and we agreed to start in March 2018--all the while them keeping the sizable downpayment for those 8 months nothing was done. In March 2018, we were told that at the most, the construction would take two months. By mid October 2018--we were still NOT finished with the construction and to this date (March 2019), we have not had them complete the list of things to do and are having to get another person to finish the job. We liked the plan for what was done but deplored the process and how Built Construction treated us and our project. We certainly were not a priority unless they wanted another "money draw" and then they showed up. Since we have not had much experience with remodels, on hind site, we should have held out more money from the last draw of money to encourage them to come and finish the work. We had several discussions with their project manager and did what he asked us to do--however, they never came to finish the job. I do not know if it is common practice when doing a remodel for a contractor to charge the client a percentage for portions they--the client-- themselves purchased. We had to pay Built Construction a percentage for our front door, garage door, lighting--even though we bought those ourselves. As I stated, we liked the "product" for our remodel but not the process nor the way they always seemed to put us last and not live up to their word--over and over and over again.

Ryan and his crew just completed an addition and remodel on our 1976 ranch in north Richland. This included adding a laundry room, walk in closet, extending and remodeling the master bath and remodeling the guest bath. It all went exceptionally well from start to finish and it was on budget. I would recommend him for any project large or small and will call him again if I need anything.

We worked with Built Construction to design and construct a new addition to our home. The project involved updating our master bath and adding a walk-in closet and root cellar (below grade). Ryan and his team were great to work with, listen to our ideas and provide constructive feedback so that we came to the best outcome. The work took a little longer than we expected but this in part was due to some changes as we made as the work progressed. We now thoroughly enjoy our new addition. A friend told us it was like walking into the bath of a fancy B&B. We would recommend Ryan and his team to all our friends and family.

Ryan is a professional. He listens to his customer and makes recommendations that lead to a quality outcome. The quality of the work is consistently high, and I recommend him without reservation.

Ryan, Shawn, Frank, Ivan and the whole Built team have done two re-modeling jobs for us. We love both our kitchen and our bath. These remodels have updated and brightened our home.

I selected Built Construction (BC) after getting 4 responding bids from a field of several electrical contractors. One thing that made BC appealing is that they are more than just electrical contractors, they are general contractors as well and can handle additional work including sheetrock repair. This made it unnecessary to get other contractor(s) to complete the work. The scope of work included work such as installing multiple dedicated and additional electrical circuits, installing and moving outlets and fixtures with ceiling fan braces, replacing the service breaker box and breakers, cat5 cable run, added accent lighting in the kitchen with suggestions which improved my original expectations. Additionally, I could depend on them to point out issues that they observed while performing their work, including a foundation rot problem that they provided pictures and were able to provide a reasonable bid to correct. My only complaint is the bids were rarely delivered when promised and only after several call backs. I understand the owner is taking steps to correct this. Additional scope of work was handled with satisfaction. The employees gave every indication of being trustworthy and diligent. I don’t have any concerns about them carrying out their work without me being home. All areas of my house was cleaned up after work completed. I hope to use Built Construction for future work.

Ryan Palmer and his crew completed the renovation of our 1600 sq ft lower level (mid-entry home) on budget and on time! They are skilled, knowledgeable, timely, courteous and always asked us if something came up unexpectedly about how we wanted it done. Ryan explained options and price ranges of the options. His bid proposal was complete and detailed. Change orders were documented and we had no surprises when everything was done. Ryan and his crew came up with creative solutions for DIY issues left by the previous homeowner and a not-so-level concrete slab floor. Ryan was informed about current electrical and building codes and made sure that high quality work was done that met code and exceeded our expectations. We were very pleased with Built construction and Electric and highly recommend them to others. We will use them again for future projects.
