Bunting built a new house for us in Sea Pines. The work was excellent. Scott and his team were easy to work with and made many good suggestions in finishing the house. He and they were always approachable and available.

Scott builds a fabulous home! His workmanship is impeccable and well planned. He is very detailed oriented and listens to what the home owner says. He communicates well and is fairly organized. Scott uses quality materials and only employed quality craftsman. Scott is very creative and suggested improvements to our home which increased our property value and improved the appearance of the property. As we continue to make improvements to our home, we have called Scott to complete those construction projects. He continues to be responsive and timely in completing any need we request.

Scott Bunting Construction came highly recommended to us by a neighbor who had him do an addition to their house. He added a 2-car garage, 2 bedrooms, and a bath to our home in Sea Pines. Scott was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end! Our layout was a little tricky and he went to the Sea Pines ARB several times before he got approval. He stayed within our budget and the quality of all the work was excellent. We couldn't be more pleased!

We bought a four-bedroom ocean-front condominium in Sea Pines Plantation (on Hilton Head Island), that was badly in need of a complete re-do. This was our second down-to-the-studs renovation project. So, we were familiar with all that comes with this type of project, especially when "supervising" the work from 6 hours away. Scott came highly recommended and, before awarding him the job, we accompanied him to view other projects he had completed. All of it was great, reflecting a high quality of workmanship and consistently well designed. Scott does his own drawings/plans This helped significantly during the design phase. His design ideas were excellent and we quickly agreed on a plan, with a budget. After demolition of the entire interior, Scott and his subs started re-creating. The project involved every conceivable trade.....new HVAC systems, windows and doors, new (relocated) plumbing, all new drywall, flooring in every room, built-in cabinets and book cases, bathrooms, kitchens, molding, paint, etc, etc. All of it was done at the highest level of quality. When problems did arise, Scott dealt with them quickly. We have been 100% satisfied with Scott's work. He knows what he's doing. He has great subs and he's just a great guy to work with. We would recommend him to anyone considering a renovation or construction project. Note....a final Scott story. We own a second property on Hilton Head that we rent out. Last summer, in the midst of rental season, the deck collapsed....on a Friday evening. I called Scott on Saturday and on Monday morning, his crew was demolishing and hauling away the old deck and by Friday, the new deck was constructed, painted and ready to use. We lost only one week of rentals in peak season, thanks to Scott's willingness to jump on it, despite a large backlog of work on other projects. Not very many builders would do that.

Provided all plumbing services for Bunting construction since 1999. We always tried to stay ahead of current technology with green design, circulation systems, flood protection, ease of maintenance etc.

Scott is a terrific guy to work with due to his positive, enthusiastic personality. He builds a high quality house, and in our case, made many great suggestions to improve an already terrific design. We completely renovated the first floor of our home, took out walls, moved a kitchen, added on a bedroom, bathroom, storage room and pantry along with increasing space to the living room/family room. Scott was great to work with, first in designing a floor plan and then constructing and finally in the area of excellent finishing touches. Scott Bunting designed, organized, and completely oversaw our project totally to our satisfaction. A few little problems and issues that came up were brought to our attention immediately and quickly resolved with practical and cost effective solutions. We built a custom home in Sea Pines Plantation in 2013-2014 with Bunting Construction. The entire process was a pleasure, and we would highly recommend Scott Bunting for any project, from remodeling to new construction. Scott is very talented, with careful attention to detail. He spent hours with with me in front of the computer on CAD, making changes to floor plans, creating elevations, and trying out any idea we had. His approach is to figure out how to make it all possible, and he accomplished everything we asked of him. He brings his own creative talents to the project, and the result is a partnership with the customer.
