Shaun and Gus were fantastic to work with. They completely gutted our kitchen and a bathroom, redid floors, lighting, doors, garage, exterior and interior paint, stair railings and more. We had a short time frame we were working with and they really worked hard to accommodate us. Both Shaun and Gus as well as any crews they used were very respectful and professional. The communication was constant throughout the process. I always knew where we were on the project and could contact them anytime and get a very quick response. The work they did was top notch and I’d highly recommend them!

Our 32 year old home needed some updates and additional space! We hired Curb Appeals to renovate our kitchen, dining area and add on a sitting area and a large porch across the back. We were very pleased with the craftsmanship, the knowledge of contractor to help us accomplish our dream update!

Shaun, Gus and his team did an excellent job updating three bathrooms in our house. Tile, floors, sinks, tub and shower were all replaced and look beautiful. Shaun has lots of design ideas if you're not sure what you want. We had to go out of town several times during the project and were totally confident giving the team access to our home. We hired Curb Appeals to renovate our 17 year old original bath and master closet on a personal recommendation from a co-worker. Shaun responded immediately to my phone call and met with us within the week. We had a general vision but no firm design plans. Shaun was most helpful with design ideas, materials sourcing, and innovative suggestions on custom cabinetry and unique high-end materials that were "outside my box." Shaun and Gus were both very knowledgable, and easy to work with. We are extremely pleased with our custom spa bathroom and also with the additional work performed in 3 vanities, kitchen and living room.

We hired Curb Appeals for the second phase of a major home remodel. We had a rotten porch off the upper back of our home. They tore it off, dealt with the mold, and added a beautiful addition onto our bedroom with the existing slab from the porch. They made the roof line work perfectly, added the wood beams to compliment the work they had done on the main part of the house last year. We know feel like we are at a resort every night when we go to sleep. Their tile guy and electrician are the best. Once again, I felt comfortable with them in our home. We found a beautiful old church window from India that they worked into the addition, which was pretty tricky, and it looks incredible. We will use them again for phase three.

My husband and I selected Shaun Bain with Curb Appeals after interviewing eight different contractors. We hired him for our kitchen remodel. He was wonderful to work with. He completed our project in the timeframe he had predicted with excellent communication throughout. He was extra considerate through each stage of the process, planning the extra dusty, loud or inconvenient parts of the project for when we would be out of our home. Curb Appeals remodeled our newly purchased home throughout and even added approx. 1000 sq. ft. to an upstairs attic space (adding a bedroom, bath, office and family room). The owner was very hands on and has an outstanding eye for color and materials. His vision for what could be done to our spaces was innovative and suited our taste perfectly. They basically gave us a new home within the existing walls of a home built in 1988. They replaced windows, doors, floors, fixtures, cabinets and hardware throughout. We added an HVAC unit, new water heaters, moved a gas line, added a dormer, insulation, attic space and lighting throughout the house. They were thoughtful and respectful while in our home for several months because of the scope of the project. I would recommend them highly.
