After interviewing a few companies, I knew right away Carrington Construction was the Best. From meeting Noah and Mike, then to Kylie designing my dream kitchen, I was sold. Working with my contractor/supervisor, Randy was excellent. the process went smooth. His team was phenomenal. Always on time and had respect for everyone else in my home. Loved everyone that was sent to my home. Did i tell you, I LOVE my kitchen. Very trustworthy company. Can't wait to start another remodel.

I had a drywall repair done twice by Carrington Construction after I had to repipe parts of my house due to a slab leak. Both times the work was flawless, you could not tell the walls were repaired at all even though the texture was not easy to match. They were clean, explained how the work was going to be done, gave me an accurate time frame and did a great job! I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future if I need. I contacted Carrington construction about a room addition and customization for an aging mother-in-law. Lisa was extremely professional and assured me she would have an estimator out shortly. Adam arrived on time and he too was very professional. he explained many options and helped us with things we could do and couldn't do. Overall I am very pleased, and look forward to the project beginning.

I am very happy with the work Carrington Construction did on my home. I had a big project and I'm super picky about details. I also had some rather unconventional plans for how I wanted my home to look and function. Adam, the sales rep from Carrington, arrived on time, in uniform, listened to my plan and assured me his team could take on whatever I had in mind. He provided an estimate for my job within a week that was reasonable and affordable. I wanted to select and purchase some my own materials and Carrington was fine with that. Most of the time there were at least two crew members working on my home during the months it took to complete my project. The crew was friendly, professional, detail oriented and respected my privacy as they often had to "work around" me. Communication with Matt, my project supervisor, was great. My calls and texts were always returned in a timely manner and he made frequent site visits to make sure everything was going smoothly. This is a list of most of the work Carrington did on my home: complete kitchen remodel that included some structural changes, a custom built recessed mantle added to what was a zero clearance fireplace, custom stair rails, replaced outdated can lighting, installed new chandeliers, fans and bathroom lights, painted bathroom cabinets, replaced all of the bathroom faucets, changed all of the door knobs, switches and receptacles throughout the house and more. They were great about finding quality materials (i.e. locating a huge single slab of Absolute Black granite for my island rather than piecing two smaller slabs together, which would have been easier for them to find) and innovative products (i.e., zero visibility under cabinet lighting and outlets, laser cut panels for my staircase) Really, I would give Carrington Construction 4 1/2 stars (I never give 5 stars- nobody's perfect) for the work they did on my home. I will definitely use them for my future projects.

I have been looking for someone clean, quick, reliable, and professional. I have been looking for the best price for the job. It was not easy finding someone to match a stained concrete floor with custom colors... White Van set me up with a wonderful gentleman who did all of the above and I was so happy. I will definitely be calling them back for other work. Thank you White Van.

Don't let their name throw you off, White Van Real Estate Services is a professional contractor that offers remodeling and rehab work for homes. I purchased my OWN home last year in Poway and they have done a wonderful job on remodeling my kitchen, family room and bathrooms from the floor up. They have even built a loft in the garage and replaced some of our exterior sprinklers and found and repaired leaks in our irrigation system. They have specialists to perform almost anything you need for a reasonable price. In the past, I have found that it is hard to find a good contractor. But with White Van, they always provide superior service. Their employees are friendly, polite, work hard and get the job done. Also, THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP!!!! I highly recommend their service to all of my friends and clients.

White Van Real Estate does excellent work! They replaced my water heater for a very reasonable price and did a great job repairing the damaged drywalled stand the water heater sits on. This type of work would be beyond the expertise of most plumbers. A few months later, they fixed my AC in under an hour in 100+ heat. Quick, competent, diverse and thorough.
