You receive a straightforward ballpark after our first meeting, and during pre-construction, a very detailed scope of work that highlights every detail included in your price. During the project we also look ahead on your behalf, flagging any additional work that may be needed so you can protect your budget in advance. Full transparency and constant updates, so there are no surprises.

Structural plans are included in our price, and 3D layout design is part of our planning at no cost, before you ever commit to the project. If you choose to work with one of our interior designers, the arrangement is flexible. In some cases we include it in our price, and in most, you work with the designer directly, based on how involved you would like them to be. Either way, we coordinate the design so it serves the build.

Yes. We manage architectural design, structural engineering, permitting, and inspections, and we resolve these before construction so the build runs without permit related stalls.
