We contacted several people to give us quotes for our basement. Manny came and gave us a quote. He seemed knowledgeable and responsive. We investigated his work and liked what we saw. We selected his company in February and we were told he could start work at the end of April or early May. We waited until it was getting closer and reached out again to nail down our specific timing and we’re told they had just put two large jobs in front of our project and they were now looking at mid-June before they could possibly begin. It is now almost mid-June and we haven’t heard a word. I messaged several times to try to get follow up information and more specifics, but Manny just stopped responding to my inquiries. We did finally reach out to another company when it became apparent that Manny did not intend to follow through. Our frustration was that the we were told in February that they would complete our job. So we didn’t get on anybody else’s list and we have been waiting. Our project that we hoped would be done by May hasn’t even been started because we had to begin the entire process again. It is clear that Manny does good quality work, but I would be wary if you have a smaller job and be sure to get any commitment in contract form so you don’t end up in a similar situation

They came by and did a walk through. Said they would get us a bid the next day and we never heard from them again. Tried to reach with no response.

Had a kitchen remodel/ addition done. They did great. We got 3 estimates, and they were all over the place on prices, but Climents close to the lowest bid, but they were alot more descriptive of what each project would cost, and what the process would be. This made me feel more confident that the overall price would not change on us, and when it was complete, they invoiced for the exact amount as the bid, which was great and very appreciated.

what can i say except Manny is the man. first remodel was a bathroom and since he did a great job, brought him back for 2 more. competitive price, in constant contact, professional work and completed all of the extra demands i wanted. will be calling him for a new kitchen soon.

Manny and his crew took over my home remodel after another contractor had come in and made a huge mess of things. Manny came and addressed and fixed all the problems the other contractor had left!! They did it right the first time and there attention to details is some of the best in the industry. Manny's fabulous - reasonably priced, timely work, very patient and will provide advice when requested. He's done work in two houses for me - kitchen, bathrooms, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and painting. He's my go to guy whenever I have a new idea for home improvements.

Manny has been doing work with my company for several years. He has purchase great quality cabinetry from us. He has always done a very professional job and his clientele have really enjoyed the work he has done for them.

Climent Construction installed new windows in my home (14). I got 3 bids from other companies besides them. They had the best prices. They did an excellent job & was very professional. They hauled off the old windows & did all the clean up also. I was very pleased with this company.

Manny Climent was the third person I had come give me ideas and an estimate for my basement bathroom remodel. He gave me good ideas, without trying to up-sell me. He and his crew were always on time. When there were conflicts, I was always notified in advance. Extra effort was made to keep my living spaces clean while the workers came in and out of the house. Everything was cleaned up afterwards, too. Costs were explained clearly and documented in writing. The results were wonderful. I am so happy. The bathroom was gutted to the studs. New ceiling, shower, vanity, venting, lighting, and paint. I hired his crew for another job a few months later, and once again, everything turned out to my complete satisfaction.

I have work with Manny and Climent Construction on the completion of many home repair projects here in the State. Manny does a great job setting realistic expectations and time frames with his customers and does well with communication throughout the process. The repair work is top notch and there have been zero complaints about his workmanship or the services provided. I would highly recommend you get an estimate from them if you have any home repair, finish or remodeling needs.

After a fire destroyed our house in February, we chose Climent Construction to rebuild. Manny and his sub-contractors did an exemplary job. Not only did they do quality work, they did it quickly. The demolition and rebuild that our adjuster estimated would take 6-8 months took less than 5, and we were back in our home by mid-July. Climent Construction was very respectful of our concerns during this devastating event in our lives. Manny was open to our suggestions and opinions, and we felt that we had a good working relationship with him. We are happy with the outcome, and proud of our new home.
