Compass Construction works on rental properties I manage, projects range from interior painting, flooring, moldings, countertops, sinks, light fixtures, doors and many more items. Doug Lyman is very professional and prompt with his bids and work needed. His communications are key to getting projects done right, if he runs into a problem on a project he promptly calls to discuss a resolution that all would be satisfied with. I will continue to have Compass Construction work on the rental properties I manage.

Over the last 6 years we have had Doug completely remodel 3 bathrooms, the laundry room, a deck, and our kitchen. We are very particular about having anyone work on our house. Doug's work has surpassed our highest expectations on every project and has been exemplary every single time. Instead of just rapidly finishing a job to get paid, Doug would bring to our attention any potential problems and/or any possible options that we might be interested in. Sometimes this would delay completion slightly, but we are so happy that he did mention any problems or possible options instead of just finishing the job w/o a word. Doug is the best organized and presentable contractor I've ever seen. We found him to be totally honest and he was given a key and complete access to our house even when we were not home. He has always acted in a professional manner and has been very easy to talk to. He has always used competent subcontractors. Honestly, we could not be happier with the results of his work.
