We first worked with Concierge on a bathroom remodel and decided to go with them because of their competitive pricing and way they made us feel during the initial bid process. They were very clear and kind, which was greatly appreciated, given that I had no idea what I was doing. The quality of the workmanship & the way they went out of their way to make sure our needs were met are what stand out most. We next used them to replace our floors. There were some challenges that arose with this project, and they were easy to work with and were more than reasonable in being sure they did the right thing. They promised me everything would be beautiful, and beautiful it was!
