I worked as the Interior Designer with Roger on an episode of House Crashers. What makes Roger so valuable is his availability and responsiveness to come up with a workable construction plan. Also, he solved many problems that came up during construction in a quick and effective manner. Plus, his calm demeanor in such a time sensitive and intense situation, is refreshing. The room which he and his team renovated in just 3 days was a casual cottage sunroom. He also worked on some of the exterior. The homeowners were thrilled with the renovation and were excited to use that room after treating it as mostly a storage room up until that moment. I highly recommend Roger!

Conspec remodeled our vintage 1931 large sorority house bathroom. The design improved traffic & opened up the room. The crew worked all summer without a major disruption to the girls still living there. The quality of their work is outstanding, with every detail carefully tended. The project was completed on time and within budget. This was the third bathroom project they've done for us, & we're starting the planning process for #4. Love working with these guys!

I recently hired ConSpec Building Systems to patch and paint an entire house as well as replace all gutters with copper gutters. (And a few other random updates that were needed). From our very first meeting to the last day of the job, Roger was punctual, thorough, communicative, professional and all around an absolute dream to work with. He followed through on his word from the quote he gave to the timeline he predicted right down to every tiny detail that was part of the job. He and his crew went above and beyond to make this monster of a job and completely hassle-free experience. I trust Roger implicitly and highly recommend him to anyone who wants any sort of renovation to be a pleasant experience.

I used Conspec Building Systems for an overhaul of four bathrooms (stripping to studs in a 1930 house). Roger Krost, owner, and Chris Moyer, foreman on the project, were excellent collaborators and finished on our target date. We also stayed within 5-7% of our target budget. Part of the reason we accomplished those goals (staying on time and budget) was that Roger, Chris, and I stayed in close contact throughout the project, and when something came up, I was available to make a decision. The end results are nothing less than fantastic! I have never seen more thorough, efficient, on-time contractors. Conspec consistently goes above and beyond. I sought several bids before going with them. Though they weren't the least expensive, I was convinced that the quality and integrity in their work would far outweigh any other contractor with whom I spoke. Conspec has also done smaller projects at our home - building a custom fence, general handy work, etc. I cannot recommend Conspec highly enough!

Conspec Building Systems completed a large scale dormitory bathroom, other bathroom, and laundry room remodel for a sorority house. They performed the effort with the highest degree of professionalism, and within budget and schedule. The schedule was critical as the house is vacant only in the summer months. The budget was also critical as the management of the property operates as a non-profit entity and seeks to be as cost efficient as possible. Conspec also assisted with successfully obtaining the various building permits, which had some nuances due to the nature and use of the property as a sorority house. We would highly recommend Conspec Building Systems for large scale remodeling efforts.

I met Roger on an extensive remodel in Beverly Hills. The short time allowed to complete the project required Roger to keep all sub contractors on schedule. The project ran smoothly and was completed on time. No quality was compromised. The client was impressed. Since our first meeting we have worked on a half dozen jobs, some of them quite difficult. He has come through on every one. Roger has extensive knowledge of the trades required in construction. He uses time tested sub contractors, and it's always a pleasure to be part of his team.
