About Us

Steve Cook has been pouring concrete foundations since 1977. He formed Cook Forms in 1991, and has poured around 7000 foundations in the last 20 years ranging from small crawl spaces and slab on grade houses, to large million dollar mansions hanging over a cliff. Builders and carpenters like framing on the foundations that Cook Forms puts in, because we make sure the walls are straight, level, and square. Steve has worked for many builders in the Spokane and Coeur d' Alene area in the last 20 years.

Mr Cook was provided engineered drawings for my 2400s/f shop footings and built them completely wrong. They did not pass the building departments pre pour inspections yet Mr. Cook poured the concrete as soon as the inspector left leaving me with a pile of useless concrete and rebar. The footings differed from the plans so much that my engineer could not approve them and they had to be completely demolished, removed and re done by a different contractor costing me thousands of dollars and weeks and weeks of delays in construction.
