We were very pleased with Covenant Construction. They followed my design exactly how I had drawn it and made sure what I wanted was done correctly. All the workers and subs were efficient. I would recommend them to others.

Covenant Construction turned our unfinished basement with pre-existing issues into our family gathering place. The entire staff was professional - from the design team to the project manager. They brought industry knowledge and creativity to our project. The project management process allowed us to stay engaged with everyone and watch progress even when we were out of the country. The attention to detail in the 5 rooms included in our finished basement is outstanding. Thank you team Covenant for an awesome product delivered on time!

Covenant Construction recently renovated our kitchen, and we are very happy with the results! We are loving our new kitchen! I should mention that this was probably a more involved job than some kitchen renovations because our house was built in 1910, so demolition was quite dusty (although C.C. took care to seal off doorways in order to limit the spread of dust to other parts of the house). They listened to our ideas and incorporated them into their plans. While the project was underway they had a very simple process we could use to make changes to our original plan. Everyone who represented C.C. was very prompt about showing up for appointments, returning phone calls and e-mails, etc. which set their people apart from people from other construction companies we have dealt with. They employ a designer, and it was wonderful to be able to get her advice about various aspects of the project. Our project manager was extremely conscientious. Another thing that we really appreciated was that the workers always made an effort to clean up the job site at the end of the day and to leave it tidy. We are very grateful that Covenant Construction did the work in our kitchen.

Covenant remodeled my office building. Did outstanding quality work, on schedule, on budget! Highly recommend!! You will not be disappointed!

We asked for a bid for a variety of projects we needed to finish up: We had an MSD disaster in our basement. Old windows on the main floor. A kitchen remodel that was 90% done and going no where. Bad floors in a mud room and laundry room. The MSD event got us going, but honestly I just wanted a bunch of stuff finished up and windows upgraded. The windows were old and hardware that was hard to replace and inefficient. We added money to the MSD check and got everything we wanted done. The windows prices were so good that I ended up replacing all the windows in the back of my house. We had them tile the floors in the mud room and laundry room. Those rooms use to be an eye sore now they are so much nicer. Finishing the kitchen looks great. We turned over the keys to the house to these guys and went on vacation. We came home to results that well exceeded our expectations!

We hired Covenant Construction to convert our second floor/attic into a finished master suite. They worked with us every step of the way to explain the process, make design decisions, and show us what they were doing as it was happening so that we could rest easy knowing that it was all being done correctly. Everything was done to fit the character of our 1940 cape cod and it truly looks like it could have been here all along. We were so impressed with their work that we hired them again less than a year later for an exterior remodel of our house. They were able to help us find ways to save money along the way and we have gotten so many compliments on the changes they made in both projects.

Covenant removed a wall at our office and installed a door in another location. They were on time, efficient, and clean. The job cost what they told us it would and the work performed was excellent. I intend to have them install new flooring at my home later this year. Strongly recommend them for any job, they will do right by you!

We have had Covenant complete 3 separate projects for us; a new roof, laundry room/pantry conversion and fixing some water damage in several places in the house. Each and every project was completed in a very timely manner and with a level of professionalism that i have never seen from a construction company. We could tell from the beginning that these guys really cared about their customers and making things right. In one of the projects we hit a few setbacks, but the Project Manager made sure to make it right with us by going above and beyond what we could have expected. I never once felt uneasy about handing the keys to my house to them. I am looking forward to the next project with these guys, because i know it will turn out great!

Covenant renovated both the bathrooms in our house. They provided a very knowledgeable designer to help us pick the best materials and options. They also provided an onsite Project Manager who kept the job going and on track. The difference is amazing! Far exceeding our expectations! Think 1950's pink and green to up-to-date elegance. I will definitely use them again. In fact I am going to use them to tile my sun porch in the near future!

I was thoroughly pleased and satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism of the guys and gals of Covenant Construction. From Joey and Frank with the "On-Call" division, to Christy with decor consultation and staging division, to Cory as my realtor, I could not have asked for a better experience. All parties were very professional and conducted themselves respectfully. They were very good about getting things done quickly, so that the house could go on the market quickly. Selling the house quickly was due in large part to the quality of work and the attention they all put to detail. I highly recommend using Covenant Construction for your real estate needs.

Trustworthy, thorough and efficient!! Those are the adjectives I would use to describe the crew at Covenant Construction. Several months ago I was living in Georgia but had a rental home that was in serious need of a complete renovation before placing it on the market to sell. I contacted Covenant to discuss my property. After only a few minutes on the phone, I took the leap of faith and shipped them the keys to the property. The boys did a complete analysis and advised me exactly where and how I needed to upgrade the place to maximize value and bring the house to the top of the market. After 6 weeks of efficient, well executed renovation I had an entirely new space. The house sold in less than 2 week. As for me I can not think of any more valuable attributes for a construction company to possess. This I know for sure, Covenant Construction is Trustworthy, Thorough, and efficient.

I wanted to upgrade all of my single pane windows, so I hired Covenant Construction to replace them all at one time. It was an excellent experience! They have an outstanding staff and perform a top notch service. I will be enlisting their services to refinish my basement floor with tile sometime in the near future.
